Hi there, we can’t remember our floor level (sorry), but it was the same floor that the rooftop bar was on. Our room was a superior double (2 queen size beds) and only had a shower, although it was a very large shower. We paid £130pn excluding breakfast, and stayed at the end of August 2017.
