We stayed in an upstairs room at the Jackson House, and on arrival (in June) the room was very warm. The room itself does not have its own thermostat; the control for air conditioning is located in the home's common hallway, with a note attached asking all guests not to adjust the temperature, warning that the AC unit will "freeze...

We visited San Antonio with another couple, and really enjoyed the Jackson House, one of 3 properties under the Noble Inns banner. Being from New England, we felt right at home in this Victorian era home. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet, making for a good nights sleep.As...

We generally look at two factors when selecting a Bed and Breakfast--the property itself and the management/service. The Jackson House B&B is a small, nicely appointed old home in the historic King William district that has been meticulously renovated. It is beautiful and charming. You'll see many positive comments in the Jackson House reviews about the property. I would give...

The Noble Inns, Jackson House B&B was excellent and the staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The building is an old house that has been well renovated. Our room was spacious and well set up. We were there in January and the temperature was comfortable. The room does not have independent cooling - the whole house is heated/cooled...

If you are looking for a comfortable place to see the riverwalk in SA, this is the place. Location is very close to everything in the heart of the King William district. Hannah, the hostess, was very gracious and helpful as well. The "old SA" feeling of the house was great and the rooms were appointed well. Breakfasts were outstanding...

The house was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Having a spa pool was an added bonus despite the freezing outside temperatures. We had some plumbing problems which might be due to the age of the house and could not get the shower to work but, having reported this, we are sure it has been remedied. If we return to San...

What a delightful house! We walked into another world - the Victorian Era was showcased in the Wallpaper and furnishings to match the old time feeling. High ceilings, lovely staircase , and A small pool hideaway behind the house all added to the charm. We loved our attic bedroom with It's window seat- so cozy to sip your afternoon sherry with...

My husband and I spent last weekend at the Jackson house as a birthday "stay cation" for myself. We live in San Antonio, but we are quite a distance from the action of downtown. We ended up reserving one of the upgraded first floor rooms with a jetted tub. Our stay at the Jackson house was lovely! The staff called...

My boyfriend and I spent last weekend in San Antonio and stayed at the Jackson House, and it was just as expected from the photos. The building is absolutely stunning inside, it looked like it was recently refurnished but retained the antique look with old fashioned decoration, furniture and a lot of attention to detail. It was one of the...

What a shock to read there was a pool and sun room. We were never told about it so I can say now that I'm disappointed about that. On the other hand, the innkeeper was kind enough to take us in when our original room was overbooked at another place. Our room here at Noble Inn (The Jackson House) was...
