I stayed on the ground floor of the Carriage House for a week. It was a lovely place to stay. The interior is very gracefully decorated. It had a big living room/dining room area and walk-in kitchen. Good sized bedroom and very fancy bathroom with jacuzzi tub. I was travelling alone and felt very secure as it was inside two...

I chose a room at the Noble Inns ( Pancoast House ) due to its proximity to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk, free parking and breakfast included. Our room was amazingly spacious and beautifully decorated. We shared a living space, including small kitchen and dining table, with one other room. The location was perfect as it allowed us almost...

Our group of 4 had the whole Carriage House, upstairs and down. Downstairs is lovely though small, perfect for a couple. We had 1 person in that space. Upstairs has a huge living/dining area..ideal for a family wanting 2 bedrooms. But be aware that upstairs bedrooms have clawfoot tubs with tall showerheads...you need to be sure-footed. And I bumped my...

My husband and I stayed in one of the upper bedrooms of the Carriage House, it was cozy and charming and felt like staying in someone's home instead of one of the pricey, sterile hotel rooms downtown. Like any older house, it has its charms and quirks but was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet yet within...

We stayed at the Pan Coast House across the street - be aware that the building is shared with the owner's garage. The owner has a 1960 vintage Rolls Royce that he fired up while we were out to dinner. As we entered the room we thought that we were being gassed from the lingering fumes. We called, the owner...

Friendly staff, everything clean and as described online. Megan was very helpful for the directions and helping me getting my lost luggage back. I would strongly recommend staying here. Great vintage atmosphere is a bonus...

My husband and my two kids booked the Pancoast Carriage house across the street. Honestly the photos were a bit deceiving, The house was smaller than we thought. The house has a distinctive odor almost "pee like". The exterior looks amazing, historical and quite charming. In my opinion the interior needs a little updating...our breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, orange...

The properties are fantastic and breakfast was great. We stayed on the bottom floor of the carriage house and loved the space. Super easy to walk along the riverwalk and to restaurants in King William.

We spent 4 nights recently. The cost is fair based on other properties in the area. Breakfast was very nice. The upstairs units in the Pancoast share a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The rooms were very clean but somewhat dated. One suggestion - take some ear plugs, the trains run all night with very loud whistles.

Huge disappointment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon arrival we called the Inn Keeper as instructed to meet her at he main house to receive the key and introduce ourselves. . She was nice enough but immediately began to inform us that the owner better not forget to buy some fruit as our fridge only had one apple and orange. She then complained about...

“We, as a couple, especially loved staying in The Carriage house because we enjoy our privacy and having a kitchen. We loved the sitting area outside and it's fountain: charming. We liked the option to socialize in The Oge House when we chose to. The Carriage House was beautifully decorated and cozy:) It is our first choose!”

“We were in the carriage house which is up stairs. We opened the windows for a cooler room at night. Helpful to bring coffee, beverages and food as we did not find a local grocery story within walking distance.”

“Stay away from the rooms upstairs at the Carriage house if stairs are difficult for you, if you need even footing (there are tripping hazards in the unit itself), if bending and balancing are not an issue while showering. If you expect a great B & B experience try the Oge or Jackson House, it is more expensive but also more of an experience.”
