We stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was really nice (clean and bed comfy). The breakfast was ok, nothing special but good enough. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is quite comfortable and clean. We have found it value for money and booked a second night. We found the breakfast to be average considering we have stayed in a few places to compare this week.

Spent $140 for 1 night for 1 room, was not worth it at all. Worst hotel I've been to in San Antonio. Not very good service had attitudes. Breakfast took a while to get. Washer dryer not working. Only had 3 exercise machines nothing else and only 1 worked. Coffee maker in the room not cleaned. Beds uncomfortable. They will...

The hotels exterior and common areas are stunning. The rooms are hotel rooms nothing fantasy. The beds where not comfortable to me at all. The rooms appear to have been updated but the finish was sloppy. The breakfast was better then avg. but For over 100 a night I was disappointed over all.

Starting with trying to call a hotel to inquire about check in time... We called around 8:00 am and hotel mail box was full and not accepting and calls. In about 2 hours we managed to get through. When we arrived, we were asked to wait for 30 min since it was not 3:00 pm. No problem. We sat on...

I had booked this hotel for 3 nights being my first time staying here. As my family and I checked in, we walked into our room and the first thing I noticed was the room was poorly cleaned noticing a used band-aid on the floor next to the night stand along with a french fry and used napkin. Hairs on...

Upon checkin, the staff accidently charged 80 dollars too much for 2 nights. Luckily I saw that.. And was refunded. Could be an honest mistake, but my booking paper clearly stated the exact amount. First morning the cleaning knocked at our door at 9.15. We asked her politely to come back later, but when we returned from Sea World at...

Pulled in late to sleep after driving through Hill Country. Rate was $110 for 2 Queen beds on a Saturday in a decent location, so the price was right. Door chain in room was busted off door. Elevator not working. Felt a little shady but we were exhausted. Had a huge breakfast in the morning. Be sure to spray waffle...

We were able to check in 2 hours early as I requested the day before. The clerk was helpful and kind, and the room was cozy and clean. We slept well and had an easy checkout in the morning. We booked through Hotels.com and for some reason they didn't receive our info (other than the booking) for payment until after...
