I’m his was my first time staying at this hotel. My stay was absolutely fantastic. From check-in to the manager’s reception to breakfast to check out, all staff were courteous, helpful and professional. The room was clean and inviting. The hotel was new and extremely well maintained. I will stay here exclusively for future San Antonio trips.

My family of 4 was visiting Texas for the first time and spent a couple of days in San Antonio with an overnight at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Brooks Hotel & Spa. We really enjoyed the 2 room suite, as it allowed us to separate those sleeping with those staying up and have more than 1 TV option. We rested well and everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The breakfast staff was over the top great! We ate dinner the night before at the hotel restaurant and it wasn't a great experience, but it seemed to just be an off night.

I stayed here for a conference in November 2022. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. The meeting rooms were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a conference. The hotel has an onsite restaurant but it is expensive.

Excellent staff, attentive, courteous, and welcoming. Excellent amenities, spa, bar, pool. Yummy breakfast. There is something for everyone at their breakfast. Great location. It is a hop, skip, and a jump away from San Antonio.

Consistent with the Hilton Brand & other Embassy Suites, this hotel is no exception as the room was very comfortable & clean. The breakfast was very good with large omelettes & lots of space to sit, including seating outside. I would recommend coming earlier in the day to enjoy the hotel.

I booked a stay for 1 night using points. I was charged for 3 nights that I was not at the hotel to include the one night I was supposed to have booked with points. I was assured I would not be charged after checking out the first night. I have phoned and emailed the front desk manager and have not heard back.

Had family in from out of town and booked a room for them. This property is clean, spacious, friendly and just overall wonderful. Every staff member that I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great, the pool is nice. I can not recommend this hotel enough!

The check In process was a bit bumpy as the room I was assigned had been given away when I arrived. After that it was smooth sailing. Room (studio suite) was clean and well appointed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Bed was comfortable and the HVAC system kept the room at a good temperature. Onsite restaurant and bar were great for dinner. Good selection of beer, wine, spirits, and food. Food was very good. Ended up eating onsite 2 of the 3 nights. Restaurant and bar service was attentive and professional. Breakfast was also good with made to order omelets and a standard selection of breads and fruits. I was initially worried about the noise level and being able to get a good night's sleep as there was a dance competition at the hotel with many young excited teenagers running about. The walls are either well insulated or everyone was on their very best behavior. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again at the Embassy Suites Embassy Brooks when in San Antonio.…

Every employee makes you feel like an important guest. April at the spa is a gem. She ensures your visit is magical. Nikki gives a wonderfully relaxing massage. The breakfast buffet is much more than you get at most hotels. The hotel offers nightly complimentary drinks/snacks which was an unexpected plus. Including live entertainment in the lobby. There is simply not enough space to say all the wonderful things this hotel and staff have to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the San Antonio area. Be sure to visit the spa's sea salt cave!

Great hotel for visiting the Brooks area or downtown San Antonio (only 15 minutes away). Highlights include the friendly and professional staff, the clean and well designed rooms, and the great breakfast. After reading about car break ins from other reviewers, I made an effort to park as close to the entrance as possible. I saw no evidence of car break ins during my stay.
