Beautiful and quaint, old, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Many rooms are haunted with a positive presence according to staff. Don’t miss the free breakfast because it’s great! We went on the off season and it was nice and calm.

4 flights of steps to the fourth floor. The fireplace uses logs to burn, which they supply for you. No balconies available.

Hi Stephanie! I'm not sure if there is a working fireplace in that room. The fireplace in the room I stayed in was not operational, but I didn't mind because I stayed there in the summer. I would call the Inn and ask them... More

We felt like we were being watched the entire time we were in the room, especially while trying to sleep. We also heard what sounded like people running above us for hours... We thought we were on the top floor. My daughter... More
