Overall, it was a lovely experience. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Staff - there was a lovely older gentleman that greeted us with a warm welcome and helpful direction or where to check-in and park. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The one staff member that was questionable was the gift shop woman (I'm...

We have been staying here for years. It is a great property in a great location. The pools are fun and the restaurants are good. Centrally located to all activities in Tucson. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We stayed at La Paloma one night, another great stay. The front desk staff again were excellent. In particular Kirsten at check in, got the early check in with a great room, and Suzy, later that day. I forgot my lightning adapter and she tracked one down so I could charge my phone. Definitely my first choice for SPG property...

From start to finish our visit was incredible. The staff were helpful, the sleeping rooms were lovely and the restaurants were amazing. The layout of the property is very interesting, with sleeping rooms a simple walk along the path that surrounds the property. (If you have any walking difficulties ask for a room closer to the main building and on...

We went to Tucson for a family reunion. The hotel is wonderful, beautiful place, gorgeous views. The room was big and quiet, however, the internet was awful. Even in the lobby! Not to mention the phone signal, very poor. The check in was ok, but people at the front desk were definitely not the "nicest". I was having issues with...

I go to Tucson twice a year to attend events at UofA. I have stayed in every 4 star resort in Tucson. I stopped going to the Westin a few years ago as it was starting to show its age. WELL NOT ANYMORE. Glad to see the investment in the best resort (location, pools, lobby bar, Starbucks, rooms, views, etc)...

I recently visited this lovely hotel for a business trip. Everything was wonderful. The room was nice, bedding was comfortable to sleep in and all the amenities were there. The only downfall was the coffee pot in our room did not work. The business meeting location was great, room was comfortable, and all the staff were super friendly. I can't...

We stayed at the Westin La Paloma Resort four days while attending a family wedding in Tucson. We got a great deal due to AAA and the time of year (late Sept/early Oct.) The rooms were very nice. I would recommend asking for a top floor room to avoid the noise of people walking in their rooms above you. We...

Overall the hotel was ok but there were several things that were quite annoying and not worth the money charged. 1) The duvet seems to weigh about 1000 pounds and is overkill for a desert climate. 2) The cheap construction of the building means that unless you are on the top floor you are going to hear a heard of...

Stayed one night in the 2nd "D" building. I recommend the 1st "D" building or the "E" building instead as they are closer to the pools and main hotel. This hotel is very nice. I think I counted 3 hot tubs, kiddy pool, mineral pool (very cold), main pool, pool with huge winding water slide. Pretty sure I missed one...
