So I visited on August 24th payed with credit card first off room was nasty ashes on the floor had to wipe down bathroom floor was leaking from nasty toilet then I check out later and discovered $100 charge I didn’t authorize they say I smoked in the room when I don’t smoke I have Asthma and can’t smoke never in my life so why anyway I call and smoke to the rudest manager ever in my entire life like really she was the worst piece of utter moron you can even imagine I’m disputing the charge I will not be billed for something I didn’t do or be talked down too over something I didn’t do please avoid this mess y’all please just do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare hotel

Wyndham brand is lowering their standards. Rented a room close to the airport for an early departure the following day. Was checked in to a south facing room on the second floor, where the temperature registered 95 degrees on the thermostat. The small AC unit under the window was off, air was stale. The wine colored bedspread had large white crusty stains on it. Pulled down the bedspread and found burn holes in the blanket under it. I checked out four hours after I checked in.

The Days Inn by Wyndham, Tucson Airport is not a place to visit. The facility is old, run down, dirty and the rooms stink. Initially I was given room 202. It stunk so bad that I was unable to stay in that room. My sinuses were shutting down due to the stench. It was as if they had a real problem and were trying to cover it up with cleaner smells. It was not working. They moved me to another room that did not stink. Mind you it did not smell good but it was tolerable. This room had other problems. First the bathroom faucet was broken and leaked a lot of water out the top when it was turned on making a massive mess on the bathroom counter. The fridge was in a very poor and awkward location. It was hard to get into without hitting your head on the clothing rack above the fridge. I hit my head hard. The fridge was filthy inside and out. The curtains in the room were torn, about a 10” hole. There were people working on their car in the parking lot right out in front of the office. They had parts on the ground and the old beater car was jacked up off the ground while the guy was working on it. They advertised a breakfast but did not have anything available. The hotel blamed the lack of breakfast on the current Covid issue. What a bunch of garbage! I think that the people running this hotel are simply lazy and cheap! First, if they are going to advertise a breakfast, then provide one! Second, if due to Covid there is no breakfast, then change your web site and STOP advertising breakfast. The covid thing has been going on for almost 5 months now, your web site updates by the minute with rate changes and availability, quit being lazy and dishonest, fix your web site to reflect what you are offering and what you no longer are offering! Second the claim that Covid is preventing you from providing a breakfast is just simply a lie! The Comfort Inn, 75 yards away is providing a nice, hot breakfast. They had coffees, teas, creamers, muffins, pastries, bagels, breakfast burritos (with eggs & meats) etc. The Comfort Inn Advertised a breakfast and they are providing it! Days Inn advertised a breakfast and have chosen NOT to provide it! I do not know if the reason they do not have breakfast is because they are lazy, cheap, dishonest or something else. Really, I will never go there again so their reasons are meaningless to me. In addition to the Comfort Inn having breakfast, there were three other businesses within 100 feet of the Days Inn offering breakfasts and coffees. These people at the Days Inn are choosing NOT to provide breakfast. They are not prohibited from doing it, they just are choosing not to! Do not stay here.…

I went during 'high' season in Feb. during the Rock and Gem show (stayed 6 nights). Cost of the room was expensive considering how basic it was; how unhealthy the breakfast was and unattractive the pool area was. I didn't appreciate being hit with an awful smell that set my allergies off when I returned to the room at night. The fragrance that is left upon cleaning is one that doesn't make the room smell fresh; it smells like chemicals - management should get rid of it. Sheets were starchy feeling; uncomfortable. Wish this establishment would 'go green' and change their detergent as well as give us options to not have to have sheets changed every day. Also wish they offered healthy selections at breakfast - like whole grain bread instead of all the ultra refined sweet things they currently do. …
