I came with my wife, visiting Saguaro NP and other attractions (Mission, Trail Dust Town). Stayed using Hyatt points. During the stay, Contrary to other review, I didn’t see any homeless at all around the hotel. The staff was very adamant about mask and Covid safety. I feel very safe. Room was good, bed was comfortable. Will visit again.
miss your excellent morning buffet.. but understand Covid effect very satisfied with everyone's professional help. Although was not pleased with having yo provide credit card to cover $150. 00 for possible extra charges, especially when my corporate office was paying for my room. It is now ten (10) days since my lodging there & my $150.00 has not been redeposited to my account. Appreciate your review of this policy.
Our room was not very clean. Old looking. Shower was old and dirty. No hot showers. They had no Decaf coffee in the lobby at their coffee bar. No snacks. Only received our free bottled waters the first day. People were not too friendly.
I have never been to a Hyatt in a dry climate that had a dirty, moldy bathroom. Window covering was inoperable and tattered. Given that I used reward points, makes the experience extra painful. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable!
This was an okay stay. Location was convenient as it was right off of I-10, an easy drive away from downtown Tucson and the surrounding attractions like Sagurao National Park. The hotel is kind of in a sketchy area with a gas station next to the hotel and a restaurant and motel next door. There were a few homeless people just roaming around the outside of the hotel which makes the hotel kind of sketchy at night. Rooms were pretty standard with nothing super amazing but had the basic essentials. The elevator was kind of old and noisy when trying to get up to our room on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast during COVID-19 was definitely different - options were oatmeal, a frozen burrito, bagel, and hard boiled egg. Coffee was also an option and orange juice. Definitely a disappointing breakfast but can’t say much because of my stay during the pandemic. Staff was nice and friendly. Overall, not a bad stay as it was just okay. Wouldn’t mind having to stay here as I’m loyal to Hyatt but I would have the option to look elsewhere if I wasn’t tied down to a hotel loyalty program. …
