Stayed here for 4 days for a conference. The building design is unique, but not so great in terms of quietness: you hear the lobby no matter which floor you are on. I find it a problem as I was calling someone outside my room (my friend was sleeping) and I had to go into the stairs as it was...

Myself and my wedding party stayed here prior to our wedding. We shopped around for hotels and when we went to the Marriott we knew we had found the one. It is a beautiful hotel with great places for pictures (water features, inside, to beat the AZ heat!). We had several rooms with several different requests and the staff accommodated...

The hotel is conveniently located in the Arizona State University area. I enjoyed having the daily newspaper at my doorstep early in the morning, the cleanliness of the room and the service from the hotel personnel. If you visit Tucson, consider this place to stay.

We recently stayed at this Marriott. I am a very light sleeper and asked for a Quiet room in a corner on a high floor. We did get the high floor and close to the corner. Since it is an open atrium if there is a wedding (which there was when we were there) the slamming of doors can be...

So often we visit Tucson and this Marriott is always full so we assumed it is an awesome hotel. We visited this past week and it was so disappointing. Upon check in we were given a double bedded room when we requested a king in our reservation. Had to go back to the front desk and was given a king...

Thank you for filling out a survey on the Tucson University Park Marriott. I am sorry that the desk clerk did not assign you a king room upon arrival. We regularly shampoo all guest room carpets and have instructed the Executive Housekeeper to service that carpet immediately. I am happy that you enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby. I...

Picked this hotel for a campus tour to University of Arizona. This location is not close to the University. Easy 15 minute drive with restaurants near by. The bathroom tub had some mold. I imagine due to the fact there are no fans in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. We did not try the restaurant on site. Hotel has heavy...

Thank you for filling out a survey on the Tucson University Park Marriott. I am sorry that you found the doors to be noisy when closed, we have to check them from time to time to make sure the door closers need to be adjusted properly. We obviously have to have them close firmly for security purposes but I can...

I visit Tucson 2-3 times a year. I found this property on my first stay back in 2008, and the staff has always treated my family like honored guests. Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review of the Tucson University Park Marriott. First of all this property is in a great location close to the university area, especially the great atmosphere of University Ave pubs and restaurants. Also the Valet staff are top notch and can't do enough for you. Well worth the fee for valet parking. However, the hotel barely makes the Marriott standard. The rooms are fine, but perhaps a...

Thank you for your review of the hotel.
