This needs updating in every aspect ! Worst Marriott we have ever stayed in ! Room wasn't ready nor clean ,even though we called ahead . Luncheon buffet dried out meat . Never would stay here again . Many other people saying the same thing .

Thank you for your review of the hotel. The hotel is scheduled for a renovation at the end of 2017. I apologize that you did not find the buffet acceptable as it is very popular not only with our guests in the hotel but many local people in the immediate area have lunch with us several times a week. I...

The hotel stay was alright but a small things add up to me not being able to recommend. The hotel is designed with a large enclosed atrium (think Embassy Suites) so that lobby, bar and conference registration noise echoes into your room. Asked for a quiet room, and was assigned -04. It is across from the elevator and next to...

I believe that the hotel must work with the University of Arizona with employing many of their students. Most students seemed less than friendly. I had a drink at the bar only to have the two folks disappear for about 10 minutes. Several people tried to get a drink and just had to wait until their return. This is not...

Thank you for your comments and yes we do employ many students and am proud to do so. I appreciate your feedback as we should definitely focus our efforts on our guests and I will make sure to meet with the food and beverage team on that very point. Thanks again and we look forward to serving you again.

Located on the University of Arizona Campus, this hotel is prime location for visitors to the University. It's always busy and the rates indicate that. We've stayed twice so far, visiting our college student. I just feel that the hotel is average. Clean - Yes! Convenient - Yes ! Beyond that I don't feel that there's much effort there to...

Thank you for your comments we appreciate them. Our rates to fluctuate due to demand from the University especially when they have special events. Having said that we feel that for most of the year our rates do offer a good value if you desire to be near the University. We hope to serve you again soon.

The hotel was immaculate and front desk service was, as is normally the case with Marriott, gracious and welcoming. The decor reflects an older style and shows some age though the property is in great shape. Parking (across the street in a university garage) is awkward and there is some late night noise from bars in the area (I heard...

Had a great experience staying at this Marriott property last year when we traveled into Tucson for a family graduation. Property was clean and the staff treated us great. Going back in October 2017, expect to stay there again. The courtyard/pool/hot tub area is a cool place to hang out too, day or night.

Went to a leadership conference and enjoyed the faculty for several long days. The meeting rooms were clean and comfortable. They kept the restrooms clean as well even with a high level of traffic. In the conference rooms they ensured that beverages as well as the glasses were readily available. The luncheons were buffet style with foods that were interesting,...

I stayed here once before, about 7 years ago, and just stayed here again last week while in Tucson for the Gem & Mineral Show. This Marriott is very clean, quiet, comfortable, and up-to-date (including very fast wi-fi). My room, 827, had a small balcony, which was a great place to have a take-out dinner and enjoy views of the...

Clean & Friendly. If you are visiting your college student this location can not be beat. Wife and I have made this our go-to place if TheBig Blue House is full. Easy in and out with parking in the garage. You can walk anywhere on campus and not worry about where to park each time. Save yourself the disappointment of...

This atrium hotel is an older, urban hotel. It is clean, the rooms quiet and spacious, but the place has a lot of years on it. It looks old and is in serious need of a facelift/modernization. They cater to folks with connections to the University (which is one block away) and since they have that market cornered I don'...
