It's exciting when you find your hotel is better than you imagined - especially after a 5 hour flight and another 2 hours on the road. Thankfully, such was the case for my wife and I at the Lodge on the Desert in Tucson.
We had a wonderful experience at The Lodge, and Case (front desk) deserves a raise! He was so accommodating, friendly, professional. The room (beautiful, clean) and grounds (perfectly maintained) are picturesque....so glad we chose Lodge on the Desert and would love to stay there again.
Trail dust town is 5 miles from the hotel and a 10 - 15 minute drive. Our front desk staff can help with direction.
We look forward to seeing you at the Lodge!
