This unassuming little lodge is tucked away in a centrally located but quiet part of Tucson.. it is just lovely, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A friend and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, and we have agreed this is our preferred lodging for overnight stays

Our favorite destination in Tucson. Having a child attending the University of Arizona gives us a great excuse to visit. It's old school Arizona. You don't realize you're in the middle of Tucson the grounds are so peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast offered to boot.

This is a lovely property, with comfortable clean rooms, pool and hot tub (which are always open), an extremely friendly reception and an adequate breakfast. Some rooms are quieter than others. Centrally located although one does need transportation to get around.

I understand that the hotel is non-smoking and has no smoking rooms. That is fine. But are there any designated smoking areas on the grounds? Unfortunately my husband is a smoker.
Non smoker so did not check. Give the hotel a call and ask.

How far are you from Old Tucson? And is breakfast included with the room?
We stayed three nights, and I thought the breakfast buffet was very good. Not made to order, but a good selection of hot, trayed items, along with cereal, pastries, bagels, yogurt and fruit. And I noticed that when the plain scrambled eggs ran out, they were quickly replaced.
