I have never regret staying in a hotel like this one.i wish I can rate less than a star.let me start with saying this is the most horrible hotel you could stay in. The room was really smells.bed never have been made I can tell for a week or more,we couldn't stay the night we have to leave in the middle of the night looking for somewhere else to stay,if you don't have any respiratorial problems I can assure you you will develop some in this place..I have no idea how they still open special under this circumstances with the pandemic and all ,the toilet never been cleaned and has,the sheet never been replaced,old furniture full of mold...when we went to the front desk trying to get a different room we encountered a MANAGER or owner who was world class of rudness,I believe he has no connection to customer service,was extremely rude and improffessional,didn't making it clear that there's no room change or refunds for what we have paid for the room,he actually just tell us,you booked online go get your refund online.i would never go back there and I won't recommend anyone staying there,don't get fooled for the low price,you can pay a bit more and get way better treatment and facility than this.…
Terrible customer service, room was dirty, super loud not sound professional rooms so you heard noise from the highway all night. Tv was smaller than my work laptop display. Tv placed above old armoire that took up too much space. Phone was on floor in corner no side tables or chair anything. Was charged extra for having a guest and then they refused to give me a second key card even when I was locked out my room. In addition refused to give me clean towels for showering, even when showed them dirty towels from check in.
We stayed here in the beginning of January 2020, check in was not pleasant, I had booked room through Expedia and had paid for it. We get there and they say there’s no reservation and ask me to pay so I go ahead and do so, next thing you know I’m charged twice and they claim that I “double booked” and the reason for the second charge was because of “no show”. Ridiculous. To top it off the rooms cleanliness was good but do not be deceived, we had bed bug bites. On our backs and hands. It was a Really bad experience period. Be careful. Bed bugs are no joke.
This is regarding Itinerary number #7504842932027 for Hotel Tucson. After we checked in I saw a sign that said No Visitors. So I asked him if My ex wife and her mother would be able to stop by. He pointed at the sign. So my ex wife called to ask him because they were just going to stop by for about an hour to visit. He immediately raised his voice and started yelling at her and told her to shut up then hung up the phone. Then he called the room and told me he was calling the police and keeping my $100 deposit. That is not right. You should not allow a motel with that kind of service represent your name. That is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I felt like I was 12 years old and my mother telling me my friends couldn't come over. I would like to get my $100 refunded to me. You guys are letting this motel carry your name.and if I were you I would have someone check this motel out and you will see what I am talking about. 90% of their rooms are empty and I can see why. The pics do not depict what the property and the rooms really truly look like. For him to keep my deposit and to talk to my ex wife the way he did was uncalled for. Then I had to walk on egg shells in order to be able to stay there for the rest of the night. The motel clerk or manager or whomever he was kept walking by or when I would go outside he was always right there staring at me. I think they must do this quite alot in order for them to stay open cause with the rooms almost all empty there is no way he could stay in business. I know this happens here quite a bit. Something definitely needs to be done about this motel or it is going to cause major grief for you, if it hasn't already. Please let me know what can be done about my deposit. I f you dont do something you will never have any of my business again or anyone that I connect with guaranteed.…
After being stranded in the desert for so long and being forced to drink my own pee, I finally stumbled upon the regal inn! Because I had been stranded, all of my luggage had been left in my car. By the grace of god, the house keeper noticed me struggling and gave me a new shirt and a pair of pants right off of his body! How considerate of him! Right off the bat the service was great. The room was spotless and had lovely desert theme to the room. The bathroom was complimented by a chrome finish on the mirrors and a lovely marble countertop. The bath tub was a size fit for a king (or a really big human haha). The linen sheets were smooth as silk and the tv was equipped with direct tv so I was able to watch march madness and get a little buzzed from drinks from the mini bar in my room! Such a great experience and without a doubt a lifesaver!…
