Patti is an extraordinary hostess. When she opens the big wooden gate into the beautiful and relaxing courtyard, she opens up her arms to welcome you. The B&B is lovely, spacious, comfortable, clean, and very pretty. The beds are so nice. Her breakfasts are imaginative, healthy, and sumptuous. And, once again, that beautiful courtyard with the gardens that Patti works...

Don't overlook the genteel El Presidio Inn when planning a visit to Tucson. We just enjoyed a single night visit. Once our hostess Patti opens the gate, a most unexpected hacienda style courtyard awaits, right in the heart of the city. Street parking is a snap with the permit Patti provides. The grounds are both intimate and spacious because there...

I loved my stay at El Presidio. My room and facilities (telephone, TV, Wifi, fridge, local information, library and sitting room) were perfect. The Inn is an old Spanish mansion with antique furniture. The rooms enclose a fabulous courtyard with a fountain, desert flowers & birds; very relaxing to sit there mornings or in the early evening. Breakfast is nourishing...

The Presidio Historic District in Tucson has real treasure in this lovely B&B. Due to a train running over five hours late, we arrived near midnight and were warmly greeted by Patti, the gracious proprietor of this inn, despite the late hour. The wonderful room, the beautiful grounds, the delicious breakfasts prepared by Patti made for a memorable experience. We...

We truly enjoyed our 4 nights at El Presidio. We had the gate house room with the kitchenette. It was perfect for our visit. We came to hike at Saguaro National Park and this room allowed us to prepare our lunch each morning. It was quite comfortable with ample closet space. Very clean too. Patty is the ultimate innkeeper! We...

I have stayed at El Presidio on many occasions and it has always been lovely. The courtyard is very peaceful and relaxing with all the lovely plants and flowers around the fountain. Birds and butterflies enjoy it as much as I do. The rooms are charming, comfortable and quiet. Patti serves up a sumptuous breakfast in her friendly dining room....

This is a charming restored Tucson antebellum, with the most beautiful, serene, enclosed garden! We held a family gathering here this weekend for my father's funeral. Patti was gracious, and so sensitive to our needs. The garden has numerous sitting areas that are perfect for gathering and visiting! The accommodations are clean, and decorated so beautifully! And the breakfasts are...

Spent three nights there. The patio garden was a real highlight and the generously portioned breakfasts were expertly prepared. Patti, the hostess, goes out of her way to include fresh, healthy ingredients (many from Trader Joe's). Our one criticism is that the fruit salads were on the table, uncovered, long before we were ready to eat. Patti works hard to...

Our group stayed at the El Presidio for 7 nights. We enjoyed the historic significance of the B&B and the garden courtyard was so relaxing and quiet to spend time with our friends. Patty was an attentive hostess and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed her breakfasts and the time we visited with her and the other guests. The...

We were very glad that we had booked a good number of nights with Patti at the El Presidio. It was such a lovely place to stay and both Tuscon and the area around it have so many varied and world-class attractions. The place itself is enchanting. A beautifully renovated historic property, very attractive and comfortable on the inside as...
