Several poor experiences were encountered here: inaccuracy of check-in & placed in a smoking room instead of what was guaranteed, excessive noise preventing good rest. The attendant argued falsely that all the rooms were nonsmoking & finally moved us to a nonsmoking room. 50% of the stay afforded us undue & sometimes excessive noise from other guests.
The room was clean, bed comfortable...microwave and fridge worked well. Lots of channels on the TV. Near a Circle K and next door to a Waffle House. Wi Fi worked perfect. No safety issues/concerns. Was here for 4 nights. Will come back. Only 4 dots for not having a channel guide and a few very minor house keeping issues.
This was the WORST Wyndam property I have EVER stayed at! The sink was (literally) cracked in half, the fixtures were falling off the walls, the carpet was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY, and the TV remote only worked 1/2 the time ... just to mention a few things. There were drug addicts and domestic violence incidents in the parking lot, which my children witnessed as we pulled into the parking lot mid-morning. Wyndam/Super 8 should really revoke this franchise agreement ASAP! I will NEVER stay in a Super 8 again after this TERRIBLE experience!! Do yourself and your family a favor ... pay the extra $20/night and STAY AWAY!!!
The room was old and smelled bad. A top sheet was used as the bottom sheet. The remote was missing, the heater casing was broke. There were tweakers hanging around outside. Only stay here if you have nowhere else to stay.
No AARP discount was given even though I am an AARP card member. Upon arrival I was requested the discount and was told they do not give it. I think that I should have gotten the discount as being a card holder for years Im upset about it!
