Stayed at embassy suites before love their hot breakfast and evening reception. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. there are great restaurants nearby. The suites are a nice size with a big bathroom , a balcony, and sitting room. The staff are friendly. Stayed here twice and will again.

We arrived and the staff got us settled in our rooms quickly and the rooms were great. There was an issue with the rate for the rooms and the staff worked quickly to resolve the issue. They also acknowledged that the 21 high school students traveling with me behaved well and in a professional manner which they and I thanked...

This beautiful hotel is in a great location with a great staff to help you relax and enjoy your stay from the happy hour through the breakfast, both of which are included and top quality. I was not expecting made to order omelettes!

I have stayed at more expensive hotels and have not received the same service that I experienced at Embassy Suites. Staff goes out of their way to ensure a great experience. Rooms are clean, and the complementary happy hour and breakfast were great.

Great stay at this hotel. Great location for hiking and very friendly staff. Great breakfast. There was a lot of people in line for happy hour. I didn't attend this but it looked like there were snacks available as well.

If you want a bright and cheerful room, book yourself into another hotel. The staff was pleasant, and the place seemed quite clean...from this standpoint, all was good. Rooms were just too unattractive.

Stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 kids and had a nice stay. Great pool, nice snacks, good location just outside of town but close to good restaurants. The breakfast buffet is always wonderful at ES.

So kind to have help getting in to our room. Austin was able to get us in to the popular restaurant next door. A little tricky at first getting the room temperature set. Breakfast was delicious. Staff helpful and kind.

Really friendly staff, great property with pool courtyard looking out to Catalina Mts. Room was comfortably appointed with microwave, fridge, roomy bathroom with a door from bedroom and a door from the sitting room. TV in both bedroom and sitting room. Excellent selection of hot and cold items at breakfast. Close to Sabino Canyon and north side Tucson attractions, but...

Enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel. Breakfast is amazing - fresh fruit, buffet lines, made to order omelets, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Happy hour was every night from 5:30 to 7:30 and this was a great way to meet the other hotel guests and swap tourist stories. Our king suite was on the mountain side which was also by the highway....
