Lol I guess for the price it is what it is the management is something funny but if you can't find nowhere else and you need a nice sleep I guess it will do it but to be yelled at and being an adult and something is very intolerable and management is going to cost them money in the long run
time for a remodel ,need the electrical out let cheeked out to make work right ,lotions is in need of care the age of the place show the staff was nice no issue with then, the place was inexpensive . parking lot is small
I've been attending the Tucson Gem show for 16 years now and this is my 16th trip. Lots of nights in lots of hotels in Tucson because sometimes I spend weeks there. I've stayed at all the super 8's and this one mostly has rooms that haven't been remodeled in 20 years or more. The other ones are not nearly this bad! Parking is really tight for a mid-sized truck (anything else would be impossible). The owners are passably friendly and I think a good many of the family lives here. Super 8 franchise should really make them renovate or take their franchise away.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Total Rip off!!!. Dirty rooms, bugs everywhere, drug deals and prostitution right outside your window. If you dare complain manager will try and call cops to have you removed. I actually informed health department, better business bureau, and and also my military veterans rep. These guys wouldn't honor my Wyndham reward points or veterans discount. If manager would spend more time taking care of customers and stop sneaking around with the prostitutes staying there, it might classify as a 1 star motel. I have requested that Wyndham refund me for my horrifying stay. You are better off just sleeping in you car.
Reserved online. Card was charged. Go later to get my room just to be told there was no rooms and the desk clerk denied the reservation and that my card was charged. Thankfully, the hotel manager refunded the charge the next day.
