Room was dirty and smelled so bad I could not sleep. Stains, burn marks on sheets. Roaches in the bathroom, water damage in restroom. Fruit juice stains on and in fridge. The smoke smell made me feel sick!

Made this reservation through Wyndham App, arrived to find nobody at the front desk, doors locked, note to call a phone # for help. Nobody answered the phone, waited almost 15 minutes for someone to show up. The room offered was recently smoked in, had feces smeared on bathroom wall, and the toilet was clogged with feces. Ask to speak with a manager, no other rooms were available so we had to get our stay refunded and find another hotel in the area. I stay at Wyndham Hotels a few times per month, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. You advertise additional cleaning steps due to COVID, then present a room like this? Really?

This hotel was filthy. In the first room we saw, someone had been smoking. In the second room, nothing in the bedroom area had been wiped clean. The radiator was rusted and had food spilled on it. The bedspread had holes in it from cigarettes. Although the breakfast was included, we would not have eaten here as that area was not very clean. We did not stay at this hotel and would never recommend anyone stay here until it was thoroughly cleaned and updated. The front desk personnel were pleasant and accommodating.

I stayed 2 nights but a week apart in different rooms. No problems at all either night. This place looks almost new although it has been here 5 or 6 years now I think. If you're on a budget and want to stay at a decent place in Tucson then this right here is the place for you. I noticed some bad reviews for this place and that puzzles me. If they stay at any of the others they'll see just how nice this place is in comparison. I usually stay here every year for my annual trip and never a complaint. One thing that is great is that IHOP is literally a 3 minute walk away - it's right beside it! QuickTrip is directly across the street so that is another great plus for this hotel and this general area.
