We stayed at the Westward Look Resort for a quick weekend vacation and wished we could've stayed for the whole week! Our room felt like a house, with a beautiful view of the sunset and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. The culinary staff is what really sold us though. Every dish and cocktail they prepared was amazing! Even something as simple as the breakfast burrito we ordered in the morning was ridiculously delicious and worth every penny. They also really know how to make a solid margarita! Will certainly be back again soon.

This is a great getaway spot for relaxing. The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants or stores not too far. My fiancée loves the spa for massages. Whether you go for a staycation or if your visiting from out of town you will enjoy your stay. All the staff are very courteous.
I was looking for a different place to stay in Tucson and was intrigued by the special rate offered here by Wyndham. With a lot of recent, negative reviews, I was skeptical, but I took a chance. I was greeted at the front desk by the welcoming and very helpful Lourdes. She made me feel at home and answered all of my questions. I asked her if my room was one of the newly renovated ones, and she said it was. The room was totally new - fresh carpet, paint and fixtures. I had no room above me or beneath me, so it was quiet. The patio was very small, with a limited view, and the old screen door was totally off its track and just leaned there. The outside parts of the resort have some issues. The parking areas are cracked and uneven, with a few potholes, so walking at night requires concentration. The whirlpool was tired, with a few jets sputtering along. The walking trails were nice on the resort side of the street, but on the other side, they are shared with horses and are a challenge to get through unsoiled. I did not use the restaurant, as I just prefer finding local eateries. The housekeepers and maintenance people were all friendly and helpful. The lock is broken at the whirlpool so the maintenance manager had to 'pry' me in and then use a rock to keep the gate open. I think this property has a lot of charm and an unlimited upside. I hope Wyndham can justify the continued capital outlay required to bring the Westward Look back.…
The price on Expedia/Egencia is lower due to hidden "Resort" charge that is mandatory and you can't opt out, expect an additional 32$ to be tacked on after your stay if you utilized Expedia or Egencia to book your stay. In addition to that, I had to delay my trip a few days due to inclement weather preventing travel and they charged 100% of the room charge for the day I missed, despite me just rescheduling to another day. It was a short notice cancellation, however I can't see the reason in taking such a unfriendly approach towards customers. When I arrived, the site was not very populated, so I can't imagine I was denying a customer a stay at the resort that they would have had otherwise. I would not advise staying at the site for lack of transparency and unfriendly consumer policies.…
