Miraval is a destination experience where you can reconnect with yourself and others important to you. You then can take those learnings back with you to your real life where you will enjoy true benefit and meaning. Husbands, take your wives and rediscover why you fell for her all those years ago....know what being happy is again...you will not regret...

Miraval has a reputation as a posh, restorative place. Well, that's not really the case -- and for the cost of almost $1000 a night, I think it's time to tell the truth. Let's start with the physical plant -- Miraval looks like an Arizona convention center. The buildings are low and spread over some sparsely landscaped desert. It's ok....

I recently returned from my 4th trip to Miraval. I usually never like to visit a place more than once, but Miraval never disappoints. I have been going almost every year since my 40th birthday and have found new programs to experience and old ones to re-experience. When I return home, I am recharged and have a much better perspective...

Run....don't walk!! This was the most amazing trip. Not a detail was missed. The staff, classes, spa, rooms- everything was outstanding. Food is delicious and they serve alcohol! Don't miss the equine experience, cardio drumming, floating meditation and Thai massage- just to name a few. We can't wait to come back!!

This was a last minute getaway with a girlfriend and was perfect from beginning to end. I thought I was just going to an all inclusive spa retreat but the Miraval experience is so much more than that. I think you get out what you put in to this, so if you just want to eat healthy, try a few...

Our stay at Miraval was life changing. It was a spectacular setting for our mindful focus on self awareness. Since our return from Miraval, I have noticed each of us is more attuned to our own compulsive responses to the natural tensions found in corporate environments. Self awareness appears an important step in prevailing in a corporate environment, and Miraval...

This was my first visit to Miraval as part of a girls trip. There is a pick up and drop off shuttle from Tuscon airport which is an hour away from the resort. Checking in was easy and you receive a water bottle and bag for your stay. The room were spacious and luxurious. The rooms were in bungalows so...

My friend and I went to Miraval to celebrate her birthday and we had the most wonderful time! Everything from the room to the food, spa and staff was incredible. The activities were fantastic; I love to exercise and the classes were challenging and engaging. Melissa and Pam were wonderful instructors. I had a posture assessment with Melissa and learned...
