We chose the Riverview Pines because of it's location between Estes Park and the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We arrived after dark because we were busy watching the rutting elk on the golf course in Estes. What a sight! We had a very nice 2 bedroom (3 bed) duplex cabin that we were previewing for a possible Family Reunion next summer. We stayed here with our two little boys during Elk fest. We love staying on Fall River because it's a great location and beautiful. You feel secluded, yet you are only minutes from downtown and RMNP. We just stayed at Riverview Pines for the third time in a dozen or so years, we have enjoyed every stay. Terrific location on the Fall River convenient to town and to RMNP. Just stayed in the 1 bedroom cabin, kitchen and best of all a deck overlooking the Fall River. Nice people, great place.

At check-in, we were questioned as to if we were going to cause any trouble and that our car better be parked the right way. If it is parked wrong she would know we weren't nice people. Our view was very pretty of Fall River but accommodations were very rustic, in dire need of updating. Shower water temperature changed drastically...

We are very sorry for any misunderstanding there may have been. All locks work properly and there is no need to barricade your door with other furnishings. While parking IS limited and requires everyone's respectful cooperation we're certainly not calling our guests nice or not so nice for their parking abilities. -Shara (Property Manager)
