The motel was just great. The gentleman who owns the motel and takes care of running it was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just an awesome place to stay in Estes Park and it won't break your bank. The place is clean and attractive, quiet and only a stones throw from Estes Park proper. It's a short few minutes to...

Not sure why the rage with this motel. Nothing works and maintained properly -- electrical outlets (1 out of 3 works), non-functional TV stand, refrigerator is a joke, TV the size of a laptop screen. No working a/c or heat. The vent looks like it could be a fire danger. Doesn't have the basics. Breakfast is a joke -- not...

This was a last minute reservation because of car problems and everything else close to our price range was booked. The room was tiny and VERY cramped, the outlets I wanted to use were for 2-prong plugs, the small TV was on an arm on the wall on one side of the bed, no night stands, just a goofy corner...

We chose this motel because it allows dogs. There was a nice grassy area for the dog just steps from our room, and we could park right by the door to the room, which was convenient for loading and unloading. Check-in was efficient and the manager was very friendly and helpful The rooms are small, though. New furniture is needed...

We hadn't planned on staying in Estes Park but the day got away from us, most hotels were booked or their rates were ridiculously high for a weekday. We called the Columbine Inn and spoke with John. He was able to get us in at a good rate. The king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room...

When we arrived the setup kinda reminds you of the the 70's. When you go into the office you are really back in time. The office had an "old people" odor about it which set us back somewhat. We decided if our room was like this we were going elsewhere. The room was very clean and did not smell. The...

The Columbine Inn has coziness and charm that you can't get from a chain. The classic old-time feel of the clean rooms was a real plus for me. One thing I really liked was that each room has a bench in front of it. Watching fellow travelers from across the country stop and chat with each other as they enjoyed...

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a nice experience. It was a little like stepping back in time. The room had a retro feel and was spotlessly clean. Parking is right outside your door. The lobby was large and comfortable with hot coffee always available. It is very reasonably priced for such a busy tourist town.

We stayed here for the second year in a row. Great value for Estes Park. WiFi was great all but the last night. Small fridge in the room. No hair dryer but they will lend you one for the stay. Nice older gentleman runs the place - very nice. Will stay again!
