This is a rustic yet charming B&B that sits right on the bank of the Big Thompson river. The property is pretty big, with 5 rooms that include breakfast, and several larger cabins that do not. We were in the Sundancer room. Wonderfully decorated with pine wood paneling. Sleep number bed (which was OK, but confirmed that I won't get... More

HI Van, thanks for the review! We enjoyed your company also, and aren't you glad to know that you don't need to buy a sleep number bed? Try before you buy! But seriously I have 3 of my own, and can't sleep on anything else now. The higher end ones are just awesome. And they last 20 years, so it... More

this was our third visit to Dripping Springs - it feels like a little secret! Just 3 miles outside of Estes on Hwy 34, it sits right on the river and is very private. We stay in the B & B cottages (#1 #2 #3 have all been so charming) the rooms have a mini frig, and there is a common... More

Very pleased with resort. Beautiful location, right outside of Estes Park. Fishing and river access directly behind cabins. Excellent staff and service. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The people were EXTREMELY nice, but the Encantado or whatever was somewhat of a mess. It is super old. Bed upstairs is on a piece of particle board, hot tub is super old with brown stains, chairs at dining room table are falling apart, microwave is on a stand ready to collapse. Its OK, just not worth $250 per night!

Hard to believe that one person dislikes a cabin and yet most love it because of its rustic-ness. Some don't like our new cabins because they are "too new". But everyone has their priorities! Yes we know the chair bottom is frayed, someone stood on it and tore it. In the spring there will be new chairs, but as this... More

You will not be sorry if you stay here. Just outside Estes Park to the east, right on the Big Thompson River. View of the river from your private balcony with private hot tub for two. You can walk to the river and use one of the two decks built right next to it with fire pit or grill and... More

Enjoyed a nice stay for a week at this cozy B and B. Room was a tad small, but hey! Its Colorado and your time spent inside is for sleeping, otherwise, get out and enjoy the outdoors! Breakfast was served every morning at 8:30 am sharp. Plenty to eat! Quick 3 minute drive into Estes Park, and another 5 minutes... More

This was our second year to spend a few days at Dripping Springs Resort. Last year we stayed in the cute Willow Cabin and loved it. This year we decided to go back and reserved The Alamo Cabin. Both were awesome--Willow had a quiet charm while Alamo was on the river next to a huge slab of rock. Let me... More

This is a wonderful place!! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in one of the cabins. This is about our 6th time coming to Estes park, and we've stayed at dripping springs every year we've came. It's an amazing location whether you're sitting by the river, or hanging out in the hot tub. The cabins are rustic and give a real forest feel. It's always a great time and a lot of fun to visit.
