We stayed in the motel part, not the cabins. The cabins seem to get very good ratings. The motel is very old and very run down. It has never been updated. Doors don't close well and windows don't stay open. It has a musty oder. We got up very early to hike and returned about 2:30. Room had not been... More

I really enjoyed this place. I stayed in one of the small cabins, which was awesome as you don't have neighbors like in the motel. It is very rustic, but you do have a large tv, microwave, and full bathroom and kitchen. Our cabin had a very small bedroom, big enough for a full bed, and the other bed is... More

We stayed in "The Den" cabin we had a screened in porch that looked over the Big Thompson River so we had a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon break and evening unwind listening to the river rush by. This was our first trip back to Estes after 14 years, our first day we walked out of our cabin and... More

We stayed in cabin #10 and it was perfect for our family of four. The cabins here are older, but VERY clean and well maintained. The location is perfect if you want to spend lots of time in RMNP. The views of the mountains from our screened porch was beautiful. We loved walking down near the river and hearing it... More

This place is beautiful! A herd of deer was in the front area of our cabin in the morning and the inside accommodations were delightful as well. Loved that the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely go back!

We had an excellent experience at Brynwood on the River. I was traveling with my daughter and her 4 children ages 1-11. Many places are not very welcoming with that many young children. We arrived prior to check in time but because the room was ready, we were allowed to check in -- allowing us time to provide the young... More

This hotel is a little rustic looking but great on the inside. Great beds, great kitchenette and great views. We hated to leave this place as we enjoyed it so much. We cannot wait until we can return. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park

Stayed at the Rocking River Cabin. We had a fantastic weekend with the hot tub and cabin. This was my first day off in four months of working, and staying here made it all worth while. Highly recommend the cabin was clean and cheerful, felt at home and had all the essentials for a great weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed in the "Love Nest" cabin for a Friday and Saturday night. It was a fantastic weekend, very relaxing. The staff was great, the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the views were terrific, we can't wait to come back with the kids and make more great memories!

We rented the sea galley cabin. It was so cute! Keep in mind the cabins are old so these are not going to be fancy. The cabin had a 4 person hot tub on the deck (private, just for us!) and a huge BBQ grill and screened in porch. The inside had a lovely wood fireplace (and they will give... More
