Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is the closest lodging you can get to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a standard roadside motel but everything else about it is far beyond "standard." We had two families traveling together and we booked a family-style room, which is really just two rooms connected by an interior door. The rooms were great for sleeping...

I found this hotel due to having business in the area and did a rather random on-line search. My stay was only two nights and I've learned that you can stand most anything if you know how long it is going to last. So based primarily on price, I booked two nights. Turns out that they were still in the...

Thank you for your honest opinion and we do look forward to seeing you again on your travels. UPDATE: Two thirds of our rooms have been completely remodeled and we are still working on the other 16. Thanks for your business

We stayed here in August 2016. The motel is a motel, nothing too fancy but more than meet our expectations, As many have already commented, it's really close to the entrance to the National Park and a short drive or 10-15 minute walk into Estes Park itself. The staff were exceptionally helpful, recommending the walks that were appropriate for our...

We were a little skeptical of staying here since a lot of the older photos show the rooms as being outdated. However, the rooms have been updated, so they are very nicely decorated and clean. A great stay near the national park and very close to the village, but thankfully not extremely close where it's too busy and you have...

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was even nicer than expected. I looked at lots of reviews and pictures before going but they just remodeled and our room was completely updated and new. Very nice! The bed was very comfortable and the layout was great. Besides the king bed we had a chair plus a small dining table with...

This was our second stay at this motel. It's location, just a few blocks down Moraine Ave from the park entrance is wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff attentive. We really love the place as it is also very close to main part of Estes Park. The view of the big mountains is incredible. You can sit...

First of all, the people here are wonderful! Secondly, the place itself is a very comfortable place to stay. It's in very close proximity to town, and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a restaurant across the street that offers a 10% discount on dining during your stay here. Beautiful mountain views. Will definitely be staying here again....

This hotel is a gem. The rooms have just been updated and are clean, fresh, and modern. The bed was comfortable, and our hosts knew all about the area. They were so sweet! But what you cannot beat is the location! The hotel sits about two minutes from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is the perfect...

This was the first time I stayed here but it will not be the last! First, the location is great & it's easy to find. It's only about a mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park & in a good, safe location. The owners are so nice & helpful that you feel like you're among friends. The room...

My wife and I stayed at this Inn last summer and it was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and perfect for our needs. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. The staff were full of information about Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Estes Park. I will remember this trip for a long time...
