12A was an ok studio for us initially. Small bath and kitchenette. Would be ok if one enjoyed the laughter, banter and loud conversations of large families surrounding 12A. We were awakened or just disturbed by other people. Photos could be more indicative of the lodging situations. We are a middle aged couple in for a wedding.

We arrived and this place was just as it was advertised. The rooms are quite large, full living space, complete kitchen and private bedroom. We couldn't exactly fish from our room, but on the bridge about ten feet away. Great place to stay while visiting Rocky Nat Park.

Great location, next to the river, hot tub on riverside deck along with grill. This cabin was really nice, updated and had everything you needed, lots of towels, dishes and utensils. Great space! We saw a very large Moose and a Bear while we were staying here. We will definately stay here again!! We had 2 18 yr olds with...

We went during construction, so not ideal, but they upgraded us to a larger cabin. Would recommend getting one off the stream. Great location and has all the amenities needed for a family trip. Beds were comfortable.

First of all we had never been to Colorado before and were unfamiliar with the area. The location is really great, not far from one entrance of RMNP and just a couple minutes drive into Estes Park to walk around and shop. Also, it was so clean. Whoever cleans these cabins deserves a raise - seriously spic and span, which...

My husband and I spent 5 days here in June for our summer vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we had wonderful experiences with them. The cabin was fully equipped with almost everything we could need for our home away from home. We enjoyed grilling on our deck, watching dvds we borrowed from the office, and relaxing...

If you're looking for a more "rustic, authentic" mountain experience, you may want to go elsewhere. But for a relaxing, hassle free vacation, this is a great choice. We stayed in Cabin 10 (the queen studio with jetted tub). It was clean and well stocked, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and easy to sleep on, and the bath...

We came up for a long weekend and this place was simply delightful. It snowed the entire time and being right there at the river and watching the snow was so relaxing. Elk, deer and a couple of bighorns passed through. They have fishing poles they loan out and a little tackle to go along with it and even though...

We loved our stay here! The condo was very nice with modern decor. The beds were super comfortable and the kids loved the atmosphere with the bunk beds and fireplace! We had a firepit directly outside of our door and we roasted marshmallows at night. Marlo and Kari were helpful with all of our needs, even providing us with a...

While we are glad you had a great vacation in Estes Park, I don't think you reviewed the correct property. Streamside on Fall River does not have bunk beds or a fire pit.... Sorry!
