My Bride and I just spent a quick three-day vacation in "our" cabin, number 17. We have been coming here at least twice a year for eight years. We love and appreciate the most picturesque property in Estes Park, if not all of Colorado. Towering mountains, lots of wildlife, clean comfortable cabins, and attentive staff that has become loving family,...

My sisters, our childhood friends of 54 years, and our extended family just spent a week at the McGregor Mountain Lodge, something we have done for many years. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are a nice size, and there is ample parking for visiting family. The hot tub was very comfortable and sparkling clean. We had a new bundle...

We appreciate you all taking the time to share with others what is so special about McGregor. May you all have a most blessed and fun-filled summer and we...

I'm a little sad today. I just left paradise. What more can I say? We have been visiting the Estes Park area for the past 20 years. We stayed here and there...until we stumbled upon McGregor Mountain Lodge. Now? We wouldn't think of ever staying anywhere else. This place is the gem of Estes. Why do we continue to return?...

Thanks so much for taking the time to tell others of the "little piece of heaven on Earth" we have here at McGregor Mountain Lodge. It is indeed magical. The birds are chirping here well into the evening hours, and its amazing to see the sunset over the snow capped peaks in the distance. Soon, or summer will be bustling,...

We have been coming to McGregor Mountain Lodge for the last 10 years and not had one bad experience. A few times when they were full, we stayed elsewhere. None of the others can compare to McGregor. The staff is always more than willing to help and is very friendly. The location is perfect! And there is so much wildlife!...

Keith, Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your time here at McGregor! We just never know what wildlife we are going to see this time of year down and around the lodge. Today, in my walk around the property this AM, I saw our resident fox, a few coyotes, the big horn sheep, mule deer, our...

My family and I were looking to rent the new vacation home for a few weeks out of the year for various upcoming events. We decided to scope out the area prior to putting in our reservation, (since the vacation home is quite expensive), and purchased two nights at the Pinon Cottage. While we found the area to be very...

Tracey and Jeff, It is certainly unfortunate that you had an unpleasant experience with us here at McGregor. When your pet was NOT registered with us at time of check in, and we UPGRADED you all to a 2 bedroom cabin instead of the original one bedroom you all had reserved because of the dog, then you continued to leave...

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of McGregor. All our units come with kitchens, and the newly renovated and well maintained cabins and suites also have wood burning fireplaces, private patios with BBQ for that summer's eve cookout, jetted bath tubs with access by reservation to our private hot tub. Enjoy frequent visits from our resident wildlife that include large bull elk, mule deer, foxes, coyotes, and the Rocky Mountain big horn sheep.
