We had our daughters wedding at the Trout Haven Resort. The reception was in the event center, the bridal party stayed in the lodge and many guests rented the tiny town cabins, condos, and houses. The staff was AMAZING. Their customer service gets a 5***** rating. Any request we had for any of them was met with a smile and...

Tiny Town Cabins, a cheap-ish hotel that may accommodate two people perfectly, if it was bigger. We stayed in cabin #10 for one night. There were 3 of us, so we had to pay extra for a roll-away mattress. That mattress was horrible, and I mean horrible. The temperature was horrid, and I mean ghastly. There was probably a solid...

I am sorry your visit with us was disappointing to you and didn't meet with our expectations. We do promote these cabins as sleeping 2 people and they are authentic rather than luxury cabins. The weather here in Estes Park can be variable. Warm one minute and quite cool and clear in the evenings. Your description of the roll-away bed...

We arrived in Estes Park without a place to stay. Once we saw the Tiny Town cabins we knew exactly where we were going to stay. With a Stream just feet from the cabin and Mountains in the background it doesn't get much better! The staff was super friendly they drove us down to the cabins and let us take...

we had tried to stay at Tiny Town cabins before, but the flood hit. I went up this past weekend for a quite, relaxing weekend and that is what I got. Yes the cabin was rustic, it is supposed to be. Everything was clean and seemed to be new. Did have some trouble with the power going out a couple...

We stayed in cabin #6 for two nights. Let me first say how friendly and helpful the staff was during our visit. We did not expect anything new or fancy--in fact we were looking forward to older and rustic. In that respect we couldn't have been happier. The cabin LR was just adorable---the wooden ceiling and beams, the huge river...

Thank you for taking the time to give us input about your stay with us at Tiny Town. It is a quaint cozy cabin indeed. We appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of the cabin. I was going to keep my opinion of my stay to myself but Tiny Town Cabins sent me an email asking me to place my review on this site. This is our fourth time staying in cabins in Estes Park and our first time at Tiny Town Cabins. I will never stay again. Our most desireable was sold out. We...

Please accept my sincere apologies for the various problems you encountered while staying at Tiny Town cabins. Your experience is certainly not the standard we are known for. I reserved the Aspen cabin 15 months prior to my visit and paid 50% down. I selected this cabin because it sits near the river separate from the other cabins. I was looking for a quiet retreat my husband and I could enjoy together. When we arrived I was told "someone" changed my reservation last March (without notifying me) and...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review of Tiny Town Cabins. I do apologize that your experience was stressful. That is certainly not the way to begin a quiet retreat in the mountains. We enjoy giving the best customer service possible and obviously let you down miserably. We have reviewed your experience and have changed our policies...

We loved our recent stay at Tiny Town & can't wait to go back! The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and the decor was charming and comfortable. These cabins aren't fancy, but they have all the amenities you need and are in a great location just minutes from downtown Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Clean and hot shower, fireplace, full kitchen, and a great little porch overlooking the river. What else could you need?
