Driving home w/college daughter from NE. We only stay at Marriotts and have never stayed here, but have spent many nights in ABQ. Loved the look and feel, the outside and inside is perfect and fits the NM theme. We loved the outside bistro area we sat outside and enjoyed a few drinks and dinner. I think they need to...

As part of a drive from Dallas to Salt Lake City we chose Albuquerque as our midway point. I always have pretty good luck with Courtyards. Hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff. I loved the adobe style architecture. Large comfy room. I used the fitness center and liked it a lot. Only negative is the location but it wasn't...

Stayed here for business and the facility was great! Really liked the restaurant area, it was designed well! Food was not much to be impressed with, but it was nice to not have to go out after a long day. One issue I had is that my GPS kept telling me to turn when there was nowhere to turn. I...

I have stayed at the courtyard numerous times over the last several years. Lately some things are lacking, such as the extremely slow Internet on stays during the last three weeks that I have stayed there. As a Business traveler, I really have a need for a strong Internet, and when I did a speed test the download was .46...

Dear Guest, We are aware of the problem we have been experiencing with our internet speed. We are in the process of getting the service updated. We are looking forward to our upcoming renovations which will include new updated bathrooms and a new modern look. I will certainly follow up with housekeeping on the cleanliness of the rooms especially the...

My husband and I spent a week at the Courtyard by Marriott in Albuquerque while we were searching for housing and we had a pleasant stay. The one thing I can't say enough good about is the bistro. They have a great breakfast and the Daybreak Eggs were a perfect hit each morning I went down to eat. Also the...

I have always found Courtyards to be very consistent and this place was no exception. I was so impressed with the friendly staff, even at the restaurant. The rooms are nice and spacious, plenty of outlets, fridge, good lighting, all the things I look for when I am traveling. I will say that for a Courtyard, I was surprised at...

We came to visit family in Rio Rancho and picked it because it was in a nice location and had an indoor pool. The room was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. There were earplugs in the room because of the highway but when you live by a Railroad you do not need them . LOL The only...

I stay there for more than a week. Already when I received I got the feeling of a very warm welcome. The rooms are big and very clean. If you can get a room on the non highway site, it will be also not so noisy. I had a problem with my toilet-tank, but the repair men from the hotel...

I just completed a stay at this Courtyard. The location is not bad -- at the north end of town new much of the new development in ABQ; easy access to the highway and 15 minutes from downtown, uptown, and the airport. Despite marketing itself as newly renovated, however, it has peeling wallpaper on the walls, old carpeting, worn furniture,...

I sincerely apologize for the lack of good customer service you experienced at the Courtyard. There is no excuse for not getting your wake up call correct. We excited to say that we will be undergoing a rooms renovation in the upcoming months which will include new updated rooms with modern bathrooms.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting a family member in Albuquerque. It is charmingly decorated with a Southwestern motif. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping does a good job. The staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The bar is very low-key and quiet which was fine for us as we just...
