I enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived there was an issue with our room. We were supposed to have a king bed but were given a double-bed room instead. We were informed that some guests who were supposed to check out had stayed longer then planned, but the very next day they...

it was an amazing hotel. The check in process was very simplistic and I loved all my Diamond member treats. The elevators were super fast between floors. I was on the 14th floor in a corner room. the view of the downtown was spectacular. I am used to long room and the corner rooms were square with the bathroom in...

We had the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Sadly, the hotel was under construction, and we were not told this in advance. Our room service twice forgot to bring silverware, and by the time they brought it, the food was cold. Also, the toast was served dry with no butter. The lobby was a wreck upon our arrival,...

As soon as we checked in a huge cockroach fell out of the lobby are ceiling. It fell on my chest and freaking out, I hit it off it hit my granddaughter and fell onto floor and ran under the snack sales area. It was huge, at least 3 inches long. We told the desk clerk, but she as not...

Booked this hotel looking for an outdoor pool. Show up to find out its not even open. No apologies given. 2 of the 4 elevators were reserved for construction staff. And they didn't use them. Multiple times we went to use the elevator it was full of housekeeping and construction staff. Room service was quick but the food was awful....

This was my first time to stay here for business downtown. I usually stay at the Hyatt but Doubletree was less expensive this go around. The bathroom toilet was dirty and the last person's used soap was in the shower. The a/c was very noisy so I turned it off in order to sleep. It never worked again. There was...

I gave it two stars because the person at the reception desk was very polite and the person at breakfast was also very polite. Maintenance is an issue at this location. The bath curtains smelled of mildew, the windows, even though they were "sealed", had that "wind blowing noise" coming through and the lamp's shade was ripped in one of...
