There is way too much construction going on for this hotel to treat guests right. The staff are friendly but they even seem confused by the construction. One told us about the great margarita at the bar for happy hour, when we checked it out the bar was closed for construction. The food on the breakfast buffet was cold.

it was an amazing hotel. The check in process was very simplistic and I loved all my Diamond member treats. The elevators were super fast between floors. I was on the 14th floor in a corner room. the view of the downtown was spectacular. I am used to long room and the corner rooms were square with the bathroom in...

The check in experience could have been improved, if the music had not been so loud, I had a hard time hearing the desk person. I cant imagine what it would be like with a serious hearing deficit. Our floor smelled of marijuana for the time we spent there. The beds were not the most comfortable. The drinks at the...

I recently stayed at the Doubletree for a family event. I was extremely impressed with the accommodations and the view from the north side rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is optional gated parking if you cannot find a parking space on the street, or do you not feel comfortable with working it on the street.

Not good experience. I was charged multiple times for different amounts on my credit card after my receipt was emailed to me for the room. These charges were not explained and I did not get a refund. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Overall I was pleased with this stay. However, I failed to confirm that the rooms would have a refrigerator or microwave (mine didn't) prior to booking. During my business trips, I try to eat well, and having access to a refrigerator and microwave make that much easier to do.

I enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived there was an issue with our room. We were supposed to have a king bed but were given a double-bed room instead. We were informed that some guests who were supposed to check out had stayed longer then planned, but the very next day they...

We had the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Sadly, the hotel was under construction, and we were not told this in advance. Our room service twice forgot to bring silverware, and by the time they brought it, the food was cold. Also, the toast was served dry with no butter. The lobby was a wreck upon our arrival,...

Booked this hotel looking for an outdoor pool. Show up to find out its not even open. No apologies given. 2 of the 4 elevators were reserved for construction staff. And they didn't use them.
