This hotel is in a good location and within walking distance to many things. It appears to have also been updated recently. The room was nice and the beds comfortable. All staff that I interacted with were pleasant. My only issue - I reserved a King Room (e-mail confirmed King Room), and was assigned a double room when I arrived....

I am here for a conference. The entire staff is pleasant and courteous. Downtown ABQ isn't particularly vibrant so the location. Is mediocre to me. Not too many interesting dining options within walking distance. The conference rooms are stuffy to the point that people have been fanning themselves. In one meeting room the air conditioner wasn't even running for some...

We stayed at the Hyatt for a conference from my husband's work and I came along for the ride. We felt very welcomed when entering the hotel and when getting our room. The room was nice and spacious and the view was not bad for being downtown. What we did not like was looking at the empty pool and un-orderly...

This hotel has a great location downtown. We were weary travelers just wanting to turn in our rental vehicle at the airport one day early and rest up for our flight the next AM. We arrived at 11AM and had expected to be told by the front desk to come back closer to the 3 PM check in. Instead, he...

Attended a sales meeting in Albuquerque at the convention center. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the convention center. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free wifi and a very accommodating staff. I had forgotten a couple of items, asked the front desk and they brought them to my room immediately.
