Adequate reasonably priced hotel in downtown Albuquerque. Average room, comfortable bed, so-so chair, lacked ottoman,Starbucks on property, decent breakfast restaurant/bar, good gym. Wifi was down for half a day. Unless you're working downtown, you might want to stay elsewhere

I love this hotel. The amenities are great, the hot tub and pool are always in excellent condition. The staff members are wonderful and always helpful. I make it a point to stay here when I'm in Albuquerque.

They were not set up to accommodate a large dance community, along with another convention going on at the same time. No hot water. Elevators not working properly, trapped people on floors. No parking.

Thank you so much for staying with us. I am very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are circling back with our leadership team regarding this past weekend so we can make improvements to our staffing levels as well as planning to provide better when we have such large groups in-house. I do apologize this negatively impacted your stay and I am more than happy to speak with you in more detail if you are available to answer any additional questions or concerns. Thank you

Centrally located downtown and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Room was very nice with up-to-date decor and clean. Food within the Hyatt was very good and focused on the local flavors. Staff was first-rate all around.

This hotel is not up to the usual hyatt standards that I have seen on other business travel. Several aspects looked as if the hotel had started construction but did not ultimately complete the project.

Our valet and self-parking charges for overnight guest are for an overnight basis. So for your question above, checking in at 3p and checking out at 10a (or even noon for that matter) would only be one charge. Be sure to let the front desk now you self parked so they can provide the discounted $16 overnight charge (which includes in and out priveledges). Otherwise, public parking is also available in the same lot and the parking attendant might quote higher costs for the public rates than our discounted hotel overnight parking.

We do have a dry cleaning company we use for guest dry cleaning or laundering service. The laundry service is picked up each morning Mon-Sat at 8:30a and is returned by 6p. But the dry cleaning/laundering company does not operate on Sundays or official holiday weekends. I hope this answers your question, please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.

We only have the option to send out items to our third party vendor, Route 66 Dry Cleaning, who can either complete full dry cleaning, laundering, or press-only. We do however have the ability to assist with steaming of guest items on property with our staff as a complimentary service to our guests!

Yes, our pool is heated. We do keep our pool and hot tub open year-round. At times due to inclement weather (snow, ice, lightening, etc) we do have to close it for safety reasons) or periodically for maintenance and up keep.

Yes, we provide 1875 watt hairdryers in each guest room (they are in the closet on the top shelf). Also, we do have complimentary fridges available upon request. If you send me an email to mark.hughes@hyatt with your guest information then I would be happy to add this request to your reservation.
