Quick business trip to ABQ. Great location to downtown but the staff separated them from their competitors. From the moment we walked in, everyone was grateful and helpful with our requests this is my go to hotel when I come back.

No there is no shuttle, the best way to get there is do the park and ride. It only took us about 15 minutes to ride the park and ride bus from Coronado Mall. We had a fried who drove themselves and they sat in line for 3 hours trying to drive to the Balloon Park. Best option is a park and ride
