Made a reservation here after leaving another hotel. Front desk informed me that I had a guaranteed room so I gave them credit card info. Got there at 930 pm and there was a line to the front desk. They either over booked or didn't have clean rooms they guaranteed to me on phone. There was about 15 ppl in...

This is the third time we have stayed here for a Moose Convention. Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful and this was before they knew we were part of the Convention. Large room with "small" balcony but you do get fresh air. Two plus restaurants on site at at least two more within a block and a half. Out door...

Stayed here for 2 nights for work, room was a bit run down (see photos). The room lacked a mini fridge or microwave. The curtain was old and torn, at least the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The guy at the counter (night shift) provided me with great customer service.

The Hotel is right at the freeway interchange and close to the University area. I stayed here a few years back. A parent was at the University Hospital and the hotel gave me a great rate for an extended stay. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel daily, and they made it the experience very comfortable for me. Today,...

The is a great hotel --was formerly a Hilton I think. The best thing is the cattleman's club and restaurant. It is a taste of the real southwest--leather, hides and horns with vintage photos an authentic furniture. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the drinks in the club are also. For the price, the rooms are nice and...

Stayed here on the way to California in January. The room was located in the tower portion of the property, single king with sofa configuration. The staff was friendly but didn't interact with them outside of check-in/out. The room felt updated in some aspects but older in others. Two sinks, one in the bathroom, and one in a vanity area....

Attended the hotel for a wedding over the New Years Eve holiday on the 10th floor (room 1005) and had no complaints. <Bed comfort and noise is usually where I downgrade hotels in my reviews.> There was no noise from the elevator a couple doors down from us. You could hear the freeway noise if you listened for it; but...

In town for a wedding, we spent 4 days here. Room rates were reasonable, bathroom was small, location was ideal for access to all of Albuquerque. The staff was attentive, not intrusive, and very pleasant. The adjunct services were good. Much of the interior was recently upgraded. Overall a pleasant surprise.
