My expectations weren't very high based on the reviews but we needed an overnight resting place on the way back from a road trip. In the morning we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Beds were comfortable (minus the sofa bed, but that was expected). The hotel itself looked old. My main issue was after we checked...

The hotel is dated and there is quite a bit of road noise. We had a suite which was good for us adults to be away from hallway, but my daughter had a hard time sleeping in sofa bed due to hallway noise. Bed was hard, but wife liked that!

We stayed one night when we arrived into Albuquerque airport very late at night. Customer service was excellent- when I called to ask questions, when we checked in, and when we requested the shuttle. Our room was large and while not new, it was clean and kept up well. I think it's at the high end of what I would...

Decided to eat and stay the night in Albuquerque, NM as we were passing through in the evening. We read reviews and this one was rated high. Not sure who the crack-head was writing the reviews, but this was a very unpleasant experience. The lobby of old panel wood should have been an omen to get back in the car...

We stayed here because it is close to the airport and I had enough points to only pay $30. for the room. It is a very run down hotel. The lobby looks OK but the room was really awful. The room needed to be painted the tub was discolored not all the lights worked and in the sitting room the...

The room was nice & big. Comfy bed. Breakfast was passable but the attendant didn't clean the tables so if the kid before you had the waffles you now had syrup residue. Several family groups with loud unruly kids and management didn't politely tell them to rein in so they weren't disturbing the other guests.

Welcomed nicely by reservation desk staffer. On the way to our room it is very noticeable that the hotel needs some renovation as well as a paint job to freshen it up. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The hot breakfast was ok. They could have a better selection of bread and condiments as well as fresh fruit....

This is our second time staying here & definitely our last! We were very disappointed & felt taken advantage of due to ABQ Balloon Fiesta in town. Management has policies that change at thier descretion and without notice. When checkin in the computer systems were over charging credit cards double & triple thier reservation rates! There was a line of...

We've stayed here many times due to airport proximity. We drive to Fast Prk, drop off our car under cover parking at a good rate and were at check in no more than 10min. The property is dated and needs a major overhaul but the low price reflects condition and as others have mentioned the front desk clerks have always...
