Grounds are filthy as well as interior hallways. Guest room was very clean however with a very nice shower/bath. TV was an older model and visibility was not good, almost like a bad cable connection. To achieve internet service you had to go thru adds and you had sign in every time you wanted to use it. Staff wasn't very...

We have stayed here before and usually prefer it. Unfortunately, this time, our room featured a very early morning water leak through a wall (from another room), and, an hour or so later, a weird alarm (Fire? Emergency?). We listened for a while after the alarm noise ended; apparently, we did not need to evacuate. Fairly bewildering stay. On top...

Property was a little awkward to access off the interstate if your heading south, other wise a good place to stay. Staff were friendly & helpful

Breakfast guy was great and friendly..he seemed to be the only friendly one. I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel. But more than likely will not stay again, just because I would rather spend an extra 20 bucks a night for something great. Pros: Excellent location. Housekeepers do great work. Breakfast. Cons:TV kept going out but not sure if...

Because it was convenient and close to fiesta field I agreed to stay here. The person that checked me in did not seem to know what he was doing. Because he entered my card information incorrectly it was denied, 3 times, so I had to find another card to use. When we got to our room we found the following:...

This was my 2nd stay. In 2013 I spent 2 nights here on a cross country road trip. Since I knew the location was convenient to the Balloon Fiesta grounds, I booked again. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was typical with hot eggs, biscuits/gravy, cold cereals, bagels, muffins, and make your own waffles. For the Fiesta they served...

Close to the freeway for travelers but need to be careful as there entrance is right after the Quality Inn entrance by about 74 feet. The breakfast is ok and includes the usual premade stuff like sausage gravy, biscuit, fruit, juice, bagel, yogurt etc..Rooms are non-descript but have what you need for a night or two. Wifi worked pretty well.
