I'm always hesitant to comment about staff and service as it can change in a moments notice due to someone having a bad day but the staff at the Hilton were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. We had a question about our room rate which was taken care of immediately. Location was great, we were there to visit...

Dear Christina F, Thank you for your great review and for choosing our hotel in SLC. You went to - 2 of my favorite "watering holes" in our neighborhood. I am a transplant from Southern California and I find that our brew pubs in SLC put the OC ones to shame. Jeff Protzman General Manager

Breakfast was perfect with the cooked to order chef omelette. Service overall in this property was excellent. The hotel is very well maintained. Our room was quite, clean and spacious. Highly recommend this property. You are in walking distance of my historical sites, eateries, bars well as great downtown shopping at City Creek. Cheers!

Very close to convention center and many restaurants. Stayed for business and was very pleased. Starbucks in lobby was perfect for a quick coffee and breakfast snack. Concierge desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and transport to airport. I would stay here again!

We stayed at this downtown City Center for a week while attending a conference. I expected a better room. I requested a mountain view, not realizing there was probably e none at this hotel, instead we ended up with a view of an alley. The hotel, I felt were overpriced for what they offered. Service in the rooms I felt...

When we checked in the hotel, the air-conditioning in our room was not working properly. We called and the maintenance person came up and gave us a fan. It didn't cool off the room. We went to the desk and she immediately gave us another room. It was fine. We then received a plate of chocolates, cookies, and fruit from...

I normally stay at another hotel in this area but I procrastinated making a reservation and my favorite hotel was booked solid. I tried all the tricks but there was a blockbuster football game occurring and so I had to try something else. I like this area because there are a bunch of great eating arrangements within walking distance. I...

I stayed at this Hilton property for three nights for a conference. I have attended numerous conferences in hotels over the last 30 years but the one here was excellent. They managed the logistics flawlessly. They are in a great location for bars, restaurants and entertainment.
