We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during the Western Region Irish Dance championships. This hotel was a very short walk to the Salt Palace convention center. The hotel has a small gift shop, a coffee shop/restaurant and an upscale steakhouse located inside. The staff, with the exception of the very dry young lady working in the gift shop,...

We booked five rooms here for the day after Thanksgiving, not to take advantage of Black Friday, but to have some family time and to walk to Temple Square for the Christmas lights and nativity scene. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we all really enjoyed staying up on the executive floors. The executive lounge was very nice, with...

Comfortable and convenient. Great for combo/family and business stay. The breakfast was wonderful and restaurant staff for breakfast was great. Housekeeping not so great! Had to ask for many items in our executive room. towels, vacuum, toiletries, etc. Hotel compensated me for that though.

Dear Julia N, Thank you for your recent stay with us and your feedback. Great, friendly staff at this hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We were in town for something at the convention center. Close to the venue and lots of resturants and shopping. Received several good recommendations from hotel employees.

So, you are looking at the title and wondering why only 3 stars. Well - it was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly enough, although there was minimal contact with them. Hilton delivers its brand promise. Had a great time in Salt Lake. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had lunch at the property's breakfast / lunch restaurant (Trofi) and the food was superb.

Had a very comfortable stay. Needed to stay 2 nights while they renovated our house with some finishing touches. The hotel was very clean, quiet, had friendly staff, decent pricing and nice beds. Not much more you could ask for.

One of the best experiences ever in a Hilton. Room was clean and service was top notch. Definitely a place to return to if you want your money's worth. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel as well. As well as many shopping and tourist locations.
