We did not use that service, sorry I am not able to answer that. The hotel was really nice, we enjoyed this hotel a lot!

yes they do, just make arrangements ahead of time. they sometimes have big groups to move

The Plaza Hotel is across the street from the Mormon Temple and Geneology Building. Very nice, but I do not know where the Hall is located.
