The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff is friendly. However, there were dishes lining the hallways waiting to be picked up by the maid staff. At first I assumed they were there because it was early in the afternoon but they were there all day and night. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, although they had...

Dear SaraScarlett, I am sorry for the guest disturbance and for the dishes in the hallway. This is a good reminder that all staff members should check the hallways frequently. People at front desk and restaurant very polite. Went to the bar on our anniversary which was August 1st. The bartender on shift was rude...constantly had to wait on service when it was only me and my husband there. Considering the money we spent I didn't appreciate her attitude. Guess cause we were in t shirts and jean shorts we...

Earlier reviews talk about dingy old rooms, but they must have had a remodel. Service was efficient and friendly. Didn't try the restaurant yet, but everything else has been what I'd expect from a Sheraton or SPG property. Only ding is that wifi is horribly slow-- 1 mb down and .02 mb up (not a typo). I'm tethering on my...

I guess I didn't have high expectations but the hotel and SLC itself where surprisingly nice. Very friendly staff, clean hotel, nice outdoor space and spacious rooms. It seems like the rooms were recently refreshed which is always nice. My only two complaints were that the bed in my room wasn't very comfortable and the hotel is a bit of...

After reading reviews I am not sure what we expected but this hotel was just fine by us. It was clean and had a lot of amenities. The front desk gentleman gave me a great tip about taking my 5 year old to the the Natural History Museum to see dinosaur fossils which was 10 minutes away versus the 3...

As a business traveler whom spends over 100 nights per year travelling to various cities visiting clients, it is important to feel comfortable when lodging away from home. I’ve had the fortunate opportunity of staying at the Sheraton, Salt Lake City. It is an older property however as a Platinum member staying on the club level floor the rooms have...

This hotel is nice. The hallways are a bit cramped, but the rooms are spacious and are well provided for. The beds are comfortable, but the TVs are actually pretty small. It is a good location right south of downtown, and is a good price, though. I know at least one university in the area puts up students that come...

Used to much better from a Starwood hotel. Service was slow and not to par. Bugs in the windows (roaches) of the gift shop. Maid service forgot water everyday. They put out the green choice sign the last day we were there. At night, because the doors weren't working properly they zip tied the doors shut - isn't that a...

Dear Jim, I apologize for the slow service you received. It's important that we provide quick and memorable service to all of our guests. We did have a couple of doors that were malfunctioning in the conference center portion of the hotel. These doors are normally locked during night-time hours and we used the ties as a temporary fix to...

The bathtub was worn below the enamel - in numerous places. The sink and bathtub faucet leaked constantly. This is an area suffering from drought. The hotel should be fined for such water wastage. The curtains wouldn't close completely because they were so old. They never replenish the water. There were never any stir sicks for the coffee. The pillows...

My mother, children, nephew, and I all stayed a night here on our road trip to California. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this hotel is. The common areas are large and the furniture very nice and comfortable. There's a Starbucks located inside and they have room service which I ordered for dinner. The food was delicious and affordable....
