I had to spend 2 weeks here in November as my husband was having cancer surgery at Huntsman Cancer Institute. While he was in rehab, I moved to a different hotel, but wished I stayed here. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean the breakfast buffet in the morning is beyond compare, one of the best I've ever...

Really enjoyed staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean with necessary amenities plus a Keurig coffee maker! Prices are good. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star was the traffic noise outside, which is totally outside the hotel's ability to control. I would stay again.

We had a great stay here. We attended at a 3 day conference in the University Guest House and spent 4 nights at the hotel. It's simple, very clean, reasonably priced and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast and wifi are included with the stay. We enjoyed staying on the college campus. It's surrounded by beautiful snow capped mountains. We didn't...

As usual, the University Guest House was wonderful. My daughtee and I feequently travel to Salt Lake for auditions and ALWAYS choose to stay here. It is clean, friendly, and accom9dating. We are always greeted w a friendly smile and they go out of the way to make our stay the best. Even the housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful.

We needed a room near Primary Children's Hospital & this was only a couple blocks away. The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. The room was nice & clean with a comfortable king bed. The complimentary breakfast was good and hot with choices. The complimentary 24 hour coffee was good too!

I chose the hotel for its #2 rating on TripAdvisor and its location right on the University of Utah campus, since we were coming for a campus visit. Normally, I would not give a hotel like this an "excellent" rating, since I had some issues with my room. Nonetheless, the stay came with so many pleasant surprises and the price...
