We had booked a courtyard room and upon check in I asked about upgrades. For very little money we were upgraded to a garden view suite. What a nice room and wonderful staff. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the room, staff, pool and on site restaurant. Great location in town.

I had to stay a week in this hotel because of meetings. I was really glad because the hotel was close to mainline transit. I could go to work, grab dinner and come back to my room and rest. Or I could enjoy breakfast and some dinners at the Dinner (which had amazing specials).

Recently on a work trip, myself and 3 colleagues switched hotels after one short night staying at Little America Hotel. We all were placed in the "Lodges” (not the tower). These rooms open to the outside (unsafe!), that smelled like an old persons home, and one of my colleagues could smell gas coming from the radiator (which was turned to...

I typically like places like this - older properties that take real pride in maintaining the property and offering genuine service. So given that, I didn't mind that I was in a garden room in the motel portion of the building. The room was fine, decor a bit dated but generally very clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there...

I feel like the bathrooms near the lobby are so nice that I should have to pay a fee just to use them. I feel spoiled walking into a bathroom with a sitting area before the actual bathroom. And stall doors that go all the way to the ground? Why did they think of this years ago when they built...

This is a very classy, five star hotel. Very professional and the staff is exceptional. It is beautiful. We have had a room in the tower and in the courtyard and I loved the tower. The rooms were updated and very nice. We sat on the balcony and had an amazing view of downtown Salt Lake. Very cozy and comfortable....

Somehow in this constantly changing world, Little America manages to stay its same, luxurious, clean, and wonderful self. I feel bad for people who visit Salt Lake and end up staying at a boring old chain like the Hilton or Marriott when they could be experiencing old school class at Little America. The staff is always friendly and professional. The...

The hotel is close to downtown. You can catch the free TRAX about a half block away. We had robes in our room. When we added a person to the room, the hotel staff brought another robe. We had turn downtown service which included ice and chocolates. The inside/outside pool is nice as is the hot tub.

Hotwire first brought me to this hotel 2 years ago. And I just returned for a second stay for 2 nights with my kids this past June. I can't tell you what a pleasant surprise this hotel has been. We stayed both times in the garden rooms so this review doesn't include the tower. If you want to take a...

A traveler to SLC? Pamper yourself just a bit by staying here. Everything you would expect in an upscale hotel but same prices as big name chains. Service was outstanding. Food terrific. Right on the light rail line so very easy access from airport, and all points of interest within the city. And if you are in town for a...
