Excellent location if taking Ferry over to Victoria. Convinent to Ferry - walking distance. Staff very friendly and courteous. No elevators but was assisted by a staff member who was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Excellent experience

This hotel is perfectly adequate and comfortable. When visiting the Olympic National Forest in that area, it is just where you need to be to get to a lot of great hikes and vistas. As some other reviews noted, yes it is a bit dated. Not at all a deterrent. Great restaurants so close by. Nice staff, free use of...

I have stayed here once or twice per year for the last 15 years. It is basically the only decent option in this town. It would be nice if they would remodel, fix the hot tub, fix the pool.. the rooms are decent, but the patios are run down and dirty. by all means, do not eat at "the crab...

The carpeting n the hallways & rooms is the most outdated, tired, stained, dirty carpet I've seen in a long time. It really needs to be replaced but if that isn't possible, get it all cleaned. I wonder if it's ever been cleaned since it was installed in, say...1975? Hardly an exaggeration. Other than that the location us excellent, the...

First, if you are traveling with anyone with a disability and have difficulty managing stairs - stay elsewhere. I just assumed that with the price of the rooms ($$$$) there would be an elevator. Wrong. I was traveling with my parents who are in their 80's and my small dog. There is no elevator - just stairs - lots of...

The rooms are very old which were only re-branded by Red lion. The views are amazing. Rooms not so clean. Bad odors abound. Creaky floors. Over priced and breakfast is a dud which has to be paid for too. (Not in built). Bath water from shower spills out and makes bathroom dirty. Overall not great at all.

We've spent 3 nights with a 2nd floor port/bay view. It has been a fabulous stay. We love the ocean and this view would be hard to beat in this town.
