What a lovely cottage, well equipped with a great location. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Nice to have an outdoor dining area. Close to local site seeing areas and vine yards. Highly recommended for a relaxing get away!

Annie's B&B in Warkworth is nicely located. It is very easy to find, near the city center, and right in the middle between Auckland and The Bay of Islands. Don't worry if you forgot something at home, the cottage is filled with everything but clothes. They make breakfast to order every morning and bring it to you. They are an...

We were so lucky there were no rooms anywhere else! This place is outstanding! Luxurious in every single way! We stayed in the cottage and it is true you can hear the traffic when outside, but not a problem for us at all! Breakfast, linen, privacy, etc..all A+ We have two girls and we even had toys for them to...

Everything has been thought of and I mean EVERYTHING.......!! What a wonderful weekend away my husband and I had. Our cottage was so lovely, and had such a welcoming feeling to it. You really are so spoilt here with lots of additional extras. It really is a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying. I have seen others comment on the traffic, but we didn't find it a...

This was an excellent value little cottage, ideal for our one night stopover. Lovely bedding and nice touches with fresh fruit and flowers. I had a problem with the smell of dog near the door from the kitchen to the owners house and again outside the bathroom. It was quite strong and did put me off eating there (along with...

Annie's Bed and Breakfast was the perfect place to celebrate our 1st Wedding anniversary. A perfect little romantic getaway. Every aspect was thought through and done to the highest standard. The grounds were beautiful, the scents of the flowers in the garden as we arrived, the beautiful entrance way to our little room - and all this before we even...

We have stayed twice at Annies now and found it to be simply wonderful. Well appointed - as if you are at home. All the amenities you need and more. Very luxurious and comfortable in all respects. Lots of nice finishing touches you don't get elsewhere. Not far from Warkworth Townsite and numerous other attractions on the Matakana Wine and...

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas 2012, and it was a lovely treat! Comfortable, clean and a decently equipped kitchen for making Christmas dinner. Annie and Peter go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and even took our orders for what we'd like for breakfast. Has a lovely deck completely shielded from the weather, so you...

Great little cottage in a good location away from Matakana hustle and bustle, but we could hear cars on the busy road constantly. There was also some strange and noisy animals in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof that walked around all night. Does have nice host and great linens.
