Stayed 1-night as half-way point between Auckland and Bay of Islands. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Wonderful rooms, excellent hosts. Cannot be faulted. For a quiet setting in an amazing location looking out to the bay, highly recommended.

Waimana Point Lodge offers the intimate hospitality of a B&B with the privacy of a self contained suite. The four suites all include cooking facilities though if you plan to cook I suggest you provision before driving out to the Lodge rather than driving back to Warkworth, the nearest town. The Lodge is in a tranquil rural setting with views... More

My partner and I treated ourselves to a night away - From the Hospotailty of Gloria and Geoff to the amazing food and wine, the venue, the views . . . . I could go on. This is one of northlands best kept secrets. Put it on the list of places to stay and you won't be disappointed. Arron

Waimana Point is so close to Auckland now with the new toll bridge and it's worth the short car trip to be in a mini Bay of Islands or Waiheke Island upmarket feel. This 5-star accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The food is so fresh - from the sheep grazing in the fields overlooking the stunning ocean views,... More

We wanted to get away for few days from our hectic schedule. I was considering various places in the North of Auckland and called them directly. Gloria answered all the questions and made me feel welcome. Originally we booked for 3 nights, but ended up extending for one more, as my wife just fell in love with the lodge and... More
