Especially the boat trips from and to the resort were great. The guides were very friendly and experienced and showed us a lot of wild animals. Although all the food etc has to be carried by boat to the resort, it was really delicious. the visit to the village nearby was to long and not so very interesting.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. It was so exciting to experience some time in the rain forest exploring this unspoilt corner of nature which is so threatened by industrialisation. Flying in to Coca was incredibly beautiful, I have never seen such a vast expanse of trees stretching as far as the eye can see! The centre is...

As others have said it is quite some distance to get there but this all adds to the experience. The room is basic but when you think where you are it's really quite luxurious. I'm not the best at 'roughing it' but for 3 nights I could cope with the always feeling damp and the ever increasing frizzy hair! The...

My childhood ( remember Jungle Book?) vision of scarry jungle and fear of snakes was completely dispelled, and replaced with the beauty, serenity, and natural wonder in the hands of confident Napo guides. We learned about the delicate eco system, birds, fish, amimals, and native culture . I have great respect for Napo Wildlife Center both on what they have...

Trip of a lifetime with excellent guides, food and wildlife viewing. From the tme we stepped off the plane, we put ourselves into the hands of our Kichwa and Ecuadorean leaders. Attention to the comfort of the travelers was first-rate, with rubber boots and ponchos when needed and locating wildlife in the green, green of the streamside.

We loved our stay at Napo from our first canoe ride to the very end. It was fascinating to be farther away from Coca and staying in hits on in a black water lagoon where mosquitoes don't like to go. The red howler monkeys serenaded us to sleep each night. The abundance of wildlife was wonderful and I just hope...

Amazing lodge. Service was better then the Ritz Carlton. Loved the experience. We took 3 teens, although not many teens my kids had a great time. We went for three nights, four days, perfect amount of time.
