Unbelievable: beautiful, comfortable, safe, and right in your face wildlife. Our guides spoke English, Spanish & Kichwa. They got to know us and shared details of the forest they knew we would cherish. From day one they asked our dream animal to see, and met those dreams. The lodge was pristine, food was fabulous and service in rooms and food...

Expected to be somewhat inundated with bugs and unsafe creatures. What we got was -- ZERO bugs (I think lots to do with the natural acidity of the water around Napo - which kills off the mosquitos etc ) and a very safe up close view of many wonderful animals and a better understanding of life in the amazon. The...

Spent 4 fabulous nights here, and would echo everything the excellent reviews have highlighted. The rooms, food and location were even better than we had hoped, and our team who looked after us were first class. Jairo (guide) Hugo (communitary guide) and Fausto (brilliant paddler) ensured that we saw almost everything that could be seen. Sloths, Otters, caiman, monkeys, and...

The cabanas are comfortable - unsurprisingly, the shower-rooms are fairly basic but have all you need including a shower. The location is breath-taking especially if,like us, your flight is delayed and you arrive in a flurry of paddling as dusk nears, pausing only for the family of giant otters as they swam past. The guides are incredibly skilled at spotting...

We loved the Napo Wildlife Center. Our guides were thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about the ecosystem and local customs. We saw a great variety of birds, wild pigs, monkeys and even a green anaconda lounging in a tree. The canoe ride up the river really gets you away from everything and when the river opens up to the wider water,...

As you can tell by the almost universal five star ratings, this place is great. No point in repeating all the positive comments but I'll add a few.
