It was wonderful to be met by Martin at Tarija airport and then arrive at this wonderful little hotel. Our room was really comfortable, in fact the best bedding we had on our trip in Bolivia! The hotel is in a really lovely neighbourhood and the Red room has great views. Martin and Luisa are really welcoming and gave great... More

Very tastefully furnished, using Bolivian colonial furniture and fabrics. Bedding and towels are good New Zealand quality, spotlessly clean and white. When you come in from an exhausting day in Tarija's hot roads, you are greeted by cool air and soft music. There are flowers in the entrance hall and the hosts, Martin and/or Luisa are there to answer your... More

We moved here from Hotel Los Ceibos as it was terrible, and we are so glad we did. It was so much better and everything was great. great location, great service and great food. The last place was a disaster and one of the worst we have ever stayed at, but this place made up for the terrible nights. Everything... More

We had just the most wonderful time in this place, absolutely clean, great decoration, amazing management, not too far from the center it takes 20min by foot, 5 min by taxi for 4bs per person or by bus 1.5 bolivianos (micro B). The breakfast is great, nice breads, fruits, cereals, coffee or tea. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Thank... More

Excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms, comfortable bathrooms (with hot water!). Friendly reception. Because there aren't but four rooms, the hotel is quiet. We sure recommend this nice hotel to everyone.

Altiplano was our treat in our long Bolivian trip. We were amazed by the coziness and comfort of the room, the good taste of the decoration and the owners' kindness. A lovely breakfast in a lovely house. And the bathroom has all Western standards (bath, hot water and decent toilet).

After 4-days on long tour in a 4x4 this is just the sort of lace you need to return to. We could not fault the room: beautiful bed and linen, spacious and stylish, table and chairs and a huge wardrobe with safe. Bathroom also equally fabulous with the best shower, soft towels and super clean and smart. Nice outside terrace... More

This place was amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay, lovely clean comfortable rooms with great facilities. Can't fault it on anything. Breakfast was great, WiFi was reliable (which is a rarity in these areas) and the hosts were more than friendly with great knowledge of the city and how to get around. They went out of their way for... More
