The weather was good and the environment is so golf, pool, beach, snorkeling, everything was the best. Even if you re looking for Maui Grand Wailea to show up. In particular golf course is too good. Please halgeot golf reservations are recommended. Old Blue Course is very good. However, there was a Korean golf staff to inquire about booking or... More

Beautiful hotel. FYI if you pay for a Deluxe ocean view, make sure that's what you get. We had 3 palm tree's blocking ours. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and service was fantastic. The Asian restaurant was not to our liking. Everything else, top notch!

We just returned from the Grand Wailea a few weeks ago and while we love the property, I would have to say that their customer service is truly lacking. We were assigned the wrong type of room at check-in, had a hassle trying to fix it and even problems that were blamed on an ex-employee that never got resolved. To... More

We ended a 14 night trip to Hawaii with 4 days at the Grand Wailea. The hotel is fabulous. The pools are separated by 5 slides that end in a lazy river. My 5 year old loved the pools. We rented a casabella by the pool, this was a waste of money in my opinion. You will not likely sit... More

NOTE: If you don't want to wade through this extensive review...DO check out the restaurant recommendations at the end. The good...Beautiful hotel with large rooms, pristine bedclothes, and seems a great view of either the incredible garden and waterfalls and/or the ocean from just about every vantage point. Great bathroom/shower/tub with great toiletries. We're not really pool people, but there... More

After reading the reviews for this hotel - we pulled the plug and decided to give it a shot. We had been staying in a condo for over a week and ended our time in Maui with a couple of nights here on another part of the island. First of all - I was concerned about some of the things... More

It is hard to believe The Grand Wailea is ranked sixth out of seven resorts in Wailea. I visited this property in 2008, and just completed a second five night stay, and it is unbelievable. The rooms have not been remodeled or repainted, but it is hard to beat the absolute perfection this resort brings in appearance, service, and location.... More

The Grand offered spacious and well appointed rooms with privacy and spectacular views. Beachfront rentals for Kayaks, snorkeling, and SUP are available. Consider the weekly membership - just over $100 for nearly unlimited use of equipment. Great snorkeling just off the southern end of the beach. Beach is super clean - no debris. Great pool system with options for swimmers... More

My new husband and I usually rough it on trips because we're stingy and we generally don't spend much time in the rooms or at the hotel but since this was our honeymoon we decided we should spoil ourselves a bit. To my standards, this place was amazing. Some of the reviews say the room looked old and on need... More

We traveled to Maui for our first time this Memorial Day weekend 2014. We made the executive decision to stay at the Grand Wailea after hours of looking around online at many different Maui resorts. I'm picky when it comes to vacation and where I stay and I must say, when I pulled up the Grand Wailea, my jaw dropped.... More
