This is a wonderful B&B. Lovely old home lovingly restored. Walking distance to restaurants. And a marvelous view of rushing water and soaring rock. And the breakfast was superb. Make sure you book before you travel this gem goes fast.

I stayed here for one night. The room was excellent, as was the public spaces. Felt welcomed and was able to do laundry. There was ice, tea, and coffee 24/7. Breakfast was over at Philip's cafe, a short walk from the manor. Breakfast was fantastic! Linda and Philip are good people, and I wish them well.

A historic house-- oldest house in Placentia 1892. Very beautifully restored & comfortable. Philip greeted us at the house & gave us all the info for our breakfast which was at his cafe down the road. Breakfast was so good. Philip does all the cooking and with such flare. Definitely a 5 star breakfast. Linda & Philip were wonderful hosts

This quaint little B&B was perfect for our trip to Newfoundland. We stayed several nights as we explored the area. The hearty (and delicious) breakfast at host Phillip's Cafe provided a satisfying start to a day of hiking and touring. Owner Linda was very helpful in guiding us to day trips and lunch options. Coffee, tea and (occasional) cookies were...

There was a little fridge for guests use, coffee maker and coffee, tea kettle and good choice of teas, chairs outside to enjoy etc. Our room (Rose) was...

A group of eight stayed at Rosedale Manor last week. We enjoyed staying there, and loved the ability to spend time together in the living room. We were there to visit Cape St. Mary's Ecological Reserve. The breakfast was great. Gillian was so nice to us, and we loved talking to her.

We travelled throughout Canada's Maritime Provinces, staying in Bed and Breakfast's all the way and this one is our favourite. Both room (we had the Puffin) and the breakfast were top notch. Linda and Philip both were warm, gracious hosts who went beyond what is expected.
