This was our family's third stay at the Acqua Hotel. The place never disappoints. From the clean, spacious rooms to the views... perfect every time! The convenience of location just can't be beat- just off the highway and near to restaurants and shops (at the Strawberry Village down the road). We look forward to breakfast every morning and the cookies...

I had to stay for one night in the area with my son and I'm glad that I chose Acqua Things to know: - this is not a 5 star hotel and is not advertised/ tring to be one - right next to 101 freeway, our room was facing the other way/water and I had no issues with noise -...

This Christmas we decided to treat ourselves and enjoy a relaxing time at a hotel. We had the junior suite with a view of Mt Tam from our balcony. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. They had everything from bacon& eggs to waffles. The front desk personnel were so helpful in planning our stay. Bicycles...

We booked a junior suite at this hotel for our wedding day. We used the charming lobby with its fireplace for a champagne toast after the ceremony, and the front desk staff gave us some small boxes of delicious chocolates! The room was lovely, with view of Richardson Bay from the balcony. The fireplace (with a Duraflame log ready to...

After a terrible experience at another hotel in the area, we were placed in the Acqua Hotel during the busy period between Christmas and New Years. We entered into the lobby exhausted and irritated, with two tired kids in tow and honestly were just looking for a bed for the night. Were we ever surprised! We had some of the...

We stayed at Acqua while attending North Face Challenge. The rooms were very nice and had a boutique feel. Only problem with room was the heat/air. We were able to keep our door open but not when sleeping since we were on first floor. The grounds were very calm and nice and our patio was a nice addition. Breakfast was...

I would like to compliment two excellent employees, Judy and Wendy. Both went to great lengths to help me. They did everything in their might to tailor and meet my specific needs. Exemplary employees that demonstrated the utmost professionalism during a minor derailment. At the end of the day Judy and Wendy were both able to accommodate my request. I...

We came here unannounced, having decided to make an early departure from the accommodation we had originally booked (a lodge in Tiburon). Treading more carefully than before, we asked to see a selection of rooms. All were attractive and water facing, not unduly noisy (given the nearby freeway) and very clean. We chose the middle of the range option, and...

We stayed at the Acqua Hotel for 5 days during our visit to San Francisco . Having stayed in the city on a previous trip , we wanted peace & quiet, while still having close proximity to town . The city is an easy 15 min drive away, or a fun ferry ride across the Bay from either Sausalito or...

Fantastic friendly service. Large, comfortable rooms with great beds. Nicely located. I would give it a 5 if there was a bar or restaurant, that's the only thing missing. They do serve a great breakfast though, it's hot and complimentary. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
